Washer was delivered with a functional defect. It would not agitate or spin. I discovered that the belt motor/belt had cut through its plastic guard. That portion of the guard dropped off and the belt disengaged.

Horrible horrible experience. We first pruchased this from Whirepool.com. The brand new washer was delivered and installed in December 2025. It couldn't spin the same day it arrived. It starts the cycle without putting quarters. We called and asked for return and refund, not re-order since there are so many problems. After less than 6 months both of my new machines quit working correctly. I didn't read the warranty until I needed and found it was 3 months too late. They have 3 months parts and labor warranty. After that it is 2 years parts only. The first time I got through to technical support they sent me some sensors and it didn't work. Expensive, broke after 1 year

your paying almost double just because it has a coin feed, no better quality than the one without. My machine broke (stopped spinning) just after 1 year. They have a 90 day limited warranty, hmmmm. I wonder why that is? poor quality, my last washer lasted well over 15 years w/o any issues. Buyer beware... cheep product.

$650 repair after one year

Main board went out or something along those lines after 16 months of light use. Tech said there was an issue with a pressure sensor on the main board. Garbage product and could not recommend anyone buy this.

I am so disappointed that Lowes would sell such a terrible product. I am a 30+ year steady customer and most everything I bought has been very good. However, this washer is absolute junk and should be removed from their product offerings. Three times I've tried one of these (I know, call me stupid) and three times they failed. This Maytag commercial set was not cheap in terms of money. However, the quality is no longer what it used to be. The first year the water valve assembly went out. The second yr it went out again. The third year two balancers broke off. Now it's getting stuck in Cycles. Not worth the hassle!
