The upgrade is worth waiting for
Super impressed with the Werner ladders, the upgrade, or these special order ladders might take some time to get delivered to the warehouse, but the quality and fact that they are so light for a type 1A extra heavy duty ladder makes it well worth the wait, the Werner lock-in accessories fit perfect, and you can also custom build your own accessories for fitting into ladder top also, thank you Lowes for the great deal.

Lightweight to carry but sturdy in use
Even though it's lengthy, it was easy to maneuver and carry within the house. While in use, the upper tray is nice to put stuff on it and ladder was sturdy. The base is a bit wide but still able to store upright in garage side.

Must do Better
Two observations with the Dover Lowe's: first, it appears this store is always short, and the wait time for my order is noticeable. Secondly, on this particular order, the ladder was heavily scratched, slightly dented, and DIRTY as if it had been used and left in a dirty environment. I appreciate the young man who brought out my order, who was also kind enough to bring out another ladder. It, too, was dirty and scratched, just not as bad as the first. Its a ladder
I needed a taller ladder that wasn't too heavy to move around to trim trees in my backyard and get into my attic so this one works great for that. The only complaint I have (and the reason for the 4 stars), is this - I ordered mine online and picked up in-store. Got it home and proceeded to try to remove the multiple pieces of paper that had been taped to it for, I'm guessing, informational purposes in the warehouse. ladder is prrfect!
I boight this ladder to paint the interior of my house and it met all my expectstions! The ladder is light weight to move around, has rubber boots on the feet so it doesnt scratch the floor if i just pull it instead of lifting it. It’s definitely a painter’s ladder, has a fold out holder that holds a paint can and other little holes to hold paintbrushes which closes when you close the ladder. Great Purchase
Lightweight but very sturdy. I’m a 70 year old woman and could handle it alone if necessary. Actually seems sturdier than our 8 ft. aluminum, possibly because of the wider stance when open.
