A step down from my old Weber Genesis
We purchased this grill to replace our aging Weber Genesis grill which after 10 years started to develop problems with one of the burners. In hind sight, I wish I had simply replaced the burners in my old grill as it is clear that the Spirit is a big step down in overall quality from the Genesis. Overall, it is constructed of lighter materials and feels flimsier. From a Chef's point of view
Greetings fellow grillers, I'm a retired chef and I have to tell you, I absolutely love my new Weber Spirit E-425. This is my first Weber grill I've ever owned. It is extremely well built and I especially enjoy using the "Searing" function on the two far right burners. It works great for searing steaks. Nice grill marks and quite fast. I'm 68 years old and if I'm fortunate enough to outlast this grill, I'll buy another Weber for sure.

Sturdy construction and great performance
So far this has been a grill that has exceeded my expectations. It does everything it needs to very well. The construction is solid and nothing feels cheap or flimsy. The burners are powerful and the great area is large enough for almost anything you could ever want.

First of all, I love grilling on a Weber grill! Been using them for years, and if you take good care of them they last forever. My WEBER Grill rocks! I think this this product is made like crap. The product rested within a month and a half when we called your customer service. They are absolutely awful. They sent us out a product to try and correct and take the rest away. It didn’t work so we proceeded to call them back we were hung up on several times spoke to somebody. He was extremely nasty and rude and told us they would not replace the grill and refused to put us on with the supervisor when I’m really upset about is that we paid all this...

Weber Spirit Grill
Seems really good - hope it will last as long as my old Genesis Weber grill. Seems a lot of plastic in the construction. The screw to hold the back of the propane tank in place is a super BAD design!!!! The screw comes all the way out to place the tank then I have no chance of lining it up while I lay on the ground to reinstall the screw!

Bought a Weber Spirit E-425 from Lowes July 17, 2025 and opted for free assembly and delivery. I bought based on positive reviews and thinking Weber brand meant quality. Great grill
Got tired of replacing grills every few years. Spent a little more this time and am well pleased with the Spirit E-425 gas grill. Heats up fast and maintains heat throughout cooking. Use medium heat to cook and everything has com out great so far.
