Intuitive LCD Wi-Fi® Enabled Controller makes it easy to set grill temperature, monitor food probes, and set timers.
Digital fan regulates airflow to charcoal to reach, hold, raise and lower temperature automatically and circulates air for even crisping and browning.
Remotely monitor and control grill from your phone with Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® wireless technology and the Weber Connect® App.
Rapidfire™ Assist mode works with the digital fan to stoke charcoal and preheat the grill fast without a chimney starter.
2 built-in probe ports and 1 included food probe let you monitor food temperature, so you never overcook or undercook food.
Fuel and cooking alerts in the Weber Connect® App let you know when it’s time to add more charcoal, and flip or serve food.
Grill can be used manually like a traditional kettle, without smart features enabled.
Hand-applied, porcelain-enameled finish on lid and bowl ensures superior heat retention, withstands high temperatures, resists scratching, rust and corrosion, and is easy to clean.
Adjustable aluminum lid and bowl dampers allow you to manually control the temperature inside the grill.

Charcoal Performer Smart Grill
If you are going to assemble this yourself, it will take less time with 2 people on it and highly recommend someone with previous assembly experience. The assembly guide instructions are excellent but pay attention to the guide pictorials during assembly. Since this is a new model, it was not included at this time in the BILT 3-D installation app it tells you to download. Assembly was mostly straight forward, though there are a few steps that could have been clearer. My instructions had an addendum due to part numbers being reversed in one step. Great BBQ 😁
I haven't had a decent bbq for a while. The 22" Kettle Performer is an absolute dream! With the app, slow smoking is especially easy! Timing, temperature, and ease of use are great! I've done ribs several times, plus Cornish hens, pork belly, and regular hamburgers 🍔! The next step is longevity... Too soon to report on that now. Although a bit pricey, I'm very happy with the bbq.

The kettle is classic. Love that. The fan and electronics yuck. The grill does not report accurate temperatures. You expect me to put a briskit on the grill but won’t trust me to see accurate temps.

Great grill
Like the new digital display and the ability to control the temperature. The try on the side is a perfect size as it’s just me and my wife now and not cooking as many big meals. Haven’t got to creative yet with it but looking forward to it. Previous Weber we had was a wedding gift 26 years ago.

Big. Improvement over the last 18 inch Performer.
This grill performs extremely well I own the 18 inch before and I did everything from prime rib to hotdog on it now this grill I am going to really enjoy because it is smart. I’ve done a couple steaks on it already and enjoy the thermometer. I enjoy the meat thermometer and it tells me when to go pick it up. I’ve done potatoes and vegetables. Wonderful grill wonderful grill.
