Was delivered week late after was not assembled by original date. The product delivered was muddy, and had some kind of substance on the stainless steel that was not removable easily. The parts had the plastic in between where to fix you would have to disassemble the product. I like weber, but will not work with Lowes again.
High quality grill
Excellent grill, heats fast, cooks evenly. The fit and finish of the grill is very good. Somewhat concerned about the plastic screws - will see how those hold up. Seemed a bit odd that for something this well-built and expensive they couldn't pop for metal screws. Assembly wasn't too bad, a few more written instructions would have been helpful. Not Impressed and very frustrated
When the grill was delivered to my home and Im opened the package I found the front and the rear frame damaged. After 6 phone calls to Weber I finally was able to understand the customer service person and get those parts ordered. Yet to find out that the front frame piece was backordered and after 3 weeks is supposed to be deklivered in the next few days. I then poroceedded to inspect the parts that were in numerous separate boxes only to find that a part on the body of the grill was also bent/...

Definitly worth the money
Great grill. Was able to cook 32 bratwurst and sauté some onions and peppers on the griddle attachment all at the same time. So many options of attachments. It’s an outdoor kitchen. Love this thing.

My old reliable Weber Silver C finally aged out after 27 years. :( Terrible timing for my bank account as I had just bought a new Weber Slate a month earlier. I ordered the grill on 7/9 and est. delivery was 7/18, so I delayed a trip one day to receive. I'm notified of a delay and asked to reschedule, but I can't until I return. My delivery date arrives and the young men are very professional and handle my purchase well. Upgraded to the four burner Weber
Love my new grill. I enjoy grilling and probably use my grill once a week. I previously had a 3 burner Weber, but needed a bit more space for when I entertain. I cooked one of my specialities, beer can chicken, for friends recently and we all agreed it was the best beer can chicken I had made. I think the extra space in the grill and its evenness for indirect cooking made the difference. I never quite got the hang of the sear station on my old grill (10+ years old), but have found this one...

I'm happy with this grill.
When purchasing this grill I was trying to find one that could fit my 19" Wok on the side burner. This grill was the closest I could find. The wok barely fit. This Weber provides a space in the grate for the wok. The flame is more protected and the 3 burners get hotter than the single side burner. I may have to cut a shield to redirect heat from from the front/outside of the wok I also have the pizza stone and searing grate. They all work as intended and store away in the side of the cabin...
