Installing Propane Tank Extrmely Difficult
Installing The Propane Tank on All Weber Grills with the Hook, is difficult, and not easy, you have to lift the tank from the Bottom, this is difficult for most people and yet, Weber is too Stupid to see why their Gas Grill Sales are down. Weber Engineers are not the most creative at keeping something simple for Designing such a Poor Propane Hook System. You have to lift a 50 Pound Tank 3 feet in the Air, than have sit on hook that is not even flared out, to Accomadate the Bernzumatic Tanks. Ev...
Good, but not like the old days.
This is my fifth weber since 1984. I have owned a full-sized kettle, a Smokey Joe, a 2004 propane 2-burner, open cart Spirit (which I just replaced with the E-310). and a charcoal 22" Weber perform cart/kettle. What I can say about those four is that they were rock-solid. Nineteen years for the Spirit with only one failure - the igniter which went almost immediately. I replaced the cast iron grates and flavorizer bars once in those 19 years. No rust on the cooking box or lid; minor surface rust ...

Have the optional griddle insert, it's a homerun for smash burgers and anything else that does better on a griddle platform. Had an issue with a part, created by retail provider...Weber stepped in and se t replacement parts to ensure we are getting the best experience form our Weber grill....awesome product

Propane Tank System Impossible
This is for the Spirit E-210, Weber Engineers are not the most creative at keeping something simple for Designing such a Poor Propane Holder System. You have to lift a 50 Pound Tank 3 feet in the Air, than have sit on hook that is not even flared out, to Accomadate the Bernzumatic Tanks. Every Grill Manufacture out there a much easier system to Attach a Propane Tank, Not Weber they are using a Tank Scale System from 2013 on 2022 Model and 2023 model years, and it is impossible to get curved han...
Hi! We appreciate your feedback on the Spirit E-210. The tank needs to hang on the tank scale to get the weight of the tank to provide a read-out. So...

The product is fine. It replaced a Weber I had for 25 years. I am very upset with the person who assembled it. The BBQ has 2 locking wheels, 1 at each corner of the back of the unit. The person who assembled it obviously can’t read pictures because picture 1 of the assembly instructions clearly shows 2 locking wheels attached to the rear base of the BBQ. The assembler attached 1 locking wheel to the back of the BBQ and 1 locking wheel to the front. Since this is against a wall I needed it statio...

Solid, attractive.
After some research, I decided the Weber E-310 was the grill I wanted to replace my ancient 22 year old Char Broil. I couldn't seem to get it at my local Lowes, so I ordered it online and picked it up, assembled, at the Bowling Green outlet. If you have a way to transport it, I would recommend their free assembly. I arrived, checked in, gave it a quick once over, and an employee helped load it in my van; it's a two person job. My only complaint is when I got it home, loading the full propane ...

I read the reviews before purchasing the E-310 grill and read someone got the wrong piece for the back but they gave him the short back piece when I looked at the one at the store model it had a full piece for the back this why I bought this grill I don’t like open backs on a grill when I started to assemble it it was time for the back piece it was a short piece I have everything out of box then I called the number for part’s issue I explain to him what I had for piece and told what I should of...

Definitely examine carefully any items delivered.
I ordered a NEW Weber gas grill. However, the grill delivered to my home was definitely damaged with scratches , dents, and other obvious signs of not being new. When I tried to return it (picked up at my home by Lowe's delivery service) , the local Lowe's could not find it initially to be able to place a refund on my VISA card. After searching the loading area of the store the grill was found in the back with no paper work or digital accounting. Had I not gone to the store it would have been...

False advertising
Decided I would finally spend extra money to get what I thought was a superior grill with excellent support and Warranty. Assembled myself, grill was well packed. Instructions were decent. Grill is advertised as enclosed. The back panel is short and leaves half of the back exposed. The assembly manual even illustrates a large panel which would enclose the entire back. They continue to raise the costs of these you would think they could update the manuals, and advertising. Reached out to Weber it...
Thank you for your feedback on the Spirit E-310. We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. The design for all Spirit rear panels has been updat...
Still Works and Looks Great Two Years In
The primary reason I purchased a Weber was for the porcelain-enameled exterior. I wanted a grill that I could keep out on my back deck, uncovered, throughout the year. I don't have a good place to store the grill and I don't like to use a grill cover since they get so nasty underneath. Also I live in Michigan so being outside means this grill gets exposed to a good amount of rain, snow, and everything in between. I did my research for a grill that could hold up for 8-10 years under those...
