Porcelain-enameled finish on lid and bowl ensures superior heat retention, withstands high temperatures, resists scratching, rust and corrosion, and is easy to clean.
22” diameter cooking grate has room to cook for 6-8 people.
Hinged, plated-steel cooking grate lets you add charcoal while cooking without removing the grate.
Built-in lid thermometer lets you check the temperature inside the grill without opening the lid.

Bought the 22in Weber kettle since i needed a grill. I went back and forth on getting this or a barrel grill, even tossed around the idea of getting one of the dual grills with propane and charcoal from a different brand. I have used a Weber Kettle Grill now since the early 90s. Having had three of the original models and an original Smokey Joe through the years, the first one (while raising a family of five) simply gave up the ghost after ten years of use. Weber Premium Kettle in awesome Copper color
Bought as a Christmas gift for my son. I wanted to get him a quality charcoal grill to start with. Ive got 3 weber grills/griddles and they are the best value out there. Take care of them and they'll last forever. I fully expect to pass my grills down to my son. I've owned this grill before and they are awesome to cook with, but you definitely need an aftermarket cast iron grill surface. The wire grill it comes with is like cooking on coat hangers. Very difficult to get a good sear. The good thing about buying it Lowes is the free assembly. I've put one of these together before and it can chew up part of your day. The assembly took about a week, and when I got to the store to pick it up, I waited at least 20 minutes, but still worth it.
