Delivered to the wrong address

They delivered to the completely wrong address, they were supposed to get back to me to do something to fix the issue, never did so I never got my money back or my trash can, terrible customer service.

Yard waste can delivered with trash in it

Much to my sugar and I noticed it was trash in my brand new yard Waze can that had just been delivered by Lowes. However, I will give them high ratings for handling the situation immediately and giving me 50% discount on the whole charge.

Good product, a bit pricey but good quality

No Lid Latch

I would have given it 5 stars, except for the fact that there's absolutely no friction holding the lid closed. Here in Florida, we occasionally have heavy wind and rain events. If this container is blown or knocked over, there is nothing to stop the lid from pivoting open and spilling out the contents. This latching feature could have been provided by just making a little bit of a bump and socket to provide security.

Just Right!

I was hoping this trash can could withstand the regular beating from my trash removal folks. I am still hopeful, though it barely withheld delivery. When it arrived the bar was crooked and somewhat jammed in place. It took a bit of pounding and some elbow grease, but I managed to set it right back in the holes. Easily moves with the nice-sized wheels on the garbage can. The lid is attached so it doesn't get lost. All in all, this is the easily movable, perfectly sized can that everyone should have.

Big!

Bought this for our short term rental property. It's amazing how much trash people can produce on one weekend! It's big enough for trash produced by 8 people and the local trash company approves this trash can being compatible with their trash can picker upper arm.

Sturdy Wheely bin

I bought the 48 gallon because that was the size that my neighbors seemed to be using but this wheely bin is much more roomy than I thought because the 35 one seemed to be to tiny according to reviews. I am very pleased that it is big enough for a 4 person home like mine. Perfect. It's also made like a tank. Getting more & more Flimsy:

I have bought 2 or 3 of these over the years and this time it has gotten very very flimsy from others I have purchased. Plus, the website says they are $114.00 but I noticed when I got home, the store charged me an extra $15.00. So I paid $129.00 for mine.
