Parts
I bought this two years ago, used it a few time. The float bowl was corroded the last time I used it. You cannot buy the float bowl you have to buy a whole new carburetor when it just needs a new float bowl because they couldn’t put one that doesn’t break down with ethanol so the tiller is completely useless unless I spend $100 on a new carburetor. Then in a year or two, I’ll have replace again???

I bought this tiller last spring wasn't long before it was becoming very hard to shift gears did a lot of squealing and grinding now I find that the transmission needs replaced and it is on back order and no sign of it being available as I see several other people have the very same issues that I have I would recommend staying far away from this tiller it's pretty sad when you spend this kind of money on a tiller and you're lucky to get a couple months out of it

This is my second season using a Rear-Tine Tiller. Last year I borrowed an older Craftsman Dual Direction Rear-Tine Tiller, which I liked the SRT/CRT features, with reverse direction. gears immediately defective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it last year, the first week the transmission started having problems and by the end of a week was returned under warranty for repair. A new transmission was put in, working this year but the transmission is already acting up. For a tiller this new, repeat problems with the transmission is unacceptable. The motor is fine but the transmission is definitely not going to last. im looking for another tiller already

I have bought 2 Troybuilt Horse tillers in the past and this Toro is by far better than what I had before. I like the reverse feature on the Toro. If I had it to do all over again I would have bought a Toro tiller long ago.
