I like it

I like the modern looking which fits my kitchen great. There is a ice maker but I do not see the filter. It will be better to have a filter to filter the water to make ice.

Great refrigerator

I absolutely love the way this fridge keeps everything cool — I genuinely feel like my groceries stay fresh much longer. The only thing that would make it perfect for me is if it had a built-in water filter. Other than that, I’m extremely happy with it!

Solid choice!

I wasn't sure what to expect since it's not a popular brand in our area, but even the installer said he heard wonderful things about the brand. The unit looks great and I love the 2 drawer setup for the freezer. The inside of the fridge is also very good size for counter depth fridge and it has great features like adjustable height shelving, removable shelve for higher bottles/jars, and no bulky water filter that takes up space on the doors. Terrible customer service

We purchased this refrigerator in December 2024. About 6 months later we noticed our refrigerator was not regulating cool temperatures (freezer worked fine). After placing a thermometer inside the fridge, we confirmed the temp was not getting to the temp we had set in the fridge. We also had one of the shelves in the fridge burst into a million pieces, so we are out a shelving unit as well. Lowe's Service Terrible

I ordered the refrigerator online and it stated installation and old refrigerator haul off was included. Once in cart there was no option to select that. Well Lowe's did not honor this at all and when I called their service center the person stated he could not help me but I should drive to the nearest Lowe's to see if I could get them to take care of it. I will never again buy a major appliance ever again.

Beautiful Refrigerator

Our new fridge has been in use for a month now and I can’t believe how much I’ve loved it, for several reasons. The bins in the door are huge and hold so much. The doors can be opened independently, which was a huge annoyance to me with my previous fridge that could only be opened from one side first, to get to the other side. The fridge has kept veggies so fresh. The bottom freezer drawer is large and holds more than expected. My only complaint is with the ice maker, which makes very little ice...

Bad Product

The dimensions of the fridge were great--not an easy space to fill. But the product is no good mainly because the ice maker. It only produces enough ice to fill four glasses at a time otherwise you have to wait an hour for more ice and the ice line freezes pretty regularly and that requires a monthly (full) emptying and defrosting of the unit...MONTHLY!

Cute but design needs tweaking

I really like the look of this fridge but it's not great as a built-in. The doors are about 4" thick so they stick-out pretty far from the wall. When the doors are open they swing back and hit the wall, so it needs to be set out another 1/2 in order for the doors to fully open without hitting the wall. With a few tweaks to the door design, I think this would be a great built-in option.

2 shattered shelves in a month and no replacement

Two of the shelves spontaneously shattered about a month apart, neither having had hot items placed on them or hit with force. Thor says the parts are on backorder and will replace them as soon as possible, but it has been MONTHS and they admitted the parts could be unavailable for 6 months! Seems shady to not have replacements parts and no timeline for when they will be replaced.

Best fridge ever!

We bought all Thor appliances for our new construction home, and they’re all amazing. We were a little hesitant to opt out of an ice and water dispenser, but once we got used to it we absolutely love the sleek appearance of this fridge without it. It makes ice super fast and we love all of the compartments in the fridge and freezer. I highly recommend this one!
