What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise this foam sealant for effectively blocking rodent entry points around pipes, foundations, and wall crevices, with most reporting lasting success in preventing mice and rats. Many appreciate its slow-expanding formula and ease of application with gloves, noting the cured foam can be sanded or painted. However, a notable group reports rodents chewing through the foam within days, questioning its rodent-resistance claims. Some suggest combining it with steel mesh for better durability. Despite mixed durability experiences, most customers find it worthwhile for gap sealing.

The ease of expanding foam, with the power to block rodents! I thought I was going to have to embed wire in foam to handle my rodent problem, and was surprised to find this on the shelf. What I thought was going to take an afternoon only took about a minute of targeted point-and-shoot foam application to some problem areas. And is actually re-sealable!

At your own risk
A mess and if u get it on anything kiss it goodbye it’s not easy to clean. The long tube gets clogged and it twist off on its own and goes every where if u don’t twist the stray off when done using it. Super strong.

Works well if the tube is long enough
This product worked as advertised, however it was somewhat difficult to manipulate when trying to fill gapes between my foundation and sheer wall.

make sure you have ventilation, read instructions.
decent price and works well. Easier to block entry than deal with the consequences.

Reliable and Easy-to-Use Barrier for Rodent Preven
I chose to try the Rodent Block Expanding Foam Barrier because I’ve had recurring issues with small gaps around my foundation and garage, which I suspected were being used by rodents to get inside. I wanted a solution that was easy to apply, durable, and specifically designed to deter pests — this product delivered on all counts. The foam was simple to apply with the included nozzle, and it expanded evenly to fill all the crevices without creating a mess. It hardened quickly and formed a tight ...
I put steel wool in holes first and then spray
I dislike that it is a one use product. You have to think about everywhere you are going to use the can first because there is no second chance to use it.

Rodent Be Gone
Not only does this foam expand to fill cracks or holes, but it has rodent protection in it where the mice or rodents won’t eat through it. It works exactly as it should, and since I had mice chew through part of my sheet rock, I filled the hole and have not had them ever since. Worth the extra money for this.
Yep, it works as advertised
I had a mouse problem. I walked into Lowe's and asked a few questions. They suggested this stuff to fill in the holes where mice usually get in. I no longer have a mouse problem. Just make sure to wear gloves. The Lowe's associate emphasized that point and I'm glad he did. Wear your gloves, fill in the holes, no more mice.
Helpful add-on to steel wool
Helps to keep steel wool in place in some awkward spots. However, the instructions say, after use, to bend the applicator straw back to the applicator base in a way that causes it to crimp. Also, the straw tip does not seem securely seated. I am skeptical that it will be useable again.

Forms good barrier, cures fast, sandable, paintable
PROS: Non-toxic to kids and pets. Expands a lot and quickly. Cures quickly. Trimmable, sandable, paintable after curing. Dispensing tube is reusable (trim off last inch to use it again). A little goes a long way, expands quicky and fast, can make a mess if not careful. CONS: Dispensing tube is small but the round shape makes it difficult to inject material into cracks. The tube should have been flattened to fit into cracks better. Even though tube is reusable, it is likely not usable aft...
