Use as a preventative vs having issues
Always buy this to spray around foundations on 3 properties. No issues in an area that has construction.
So far, so good
I've had issues with ground squirrels invading my bird feeders. The squirrels were eating the bird feed, costing me a bunch of money. I tried other "squirrel repellent", but it didn't seem to work. This Tom Kat spray seems to be working well. I haven't seen a squirrel since I started using it. I spray around the feeders and around the perimeter of the yard (very small yard) about once a week.

Had mice/ chipmunks in my underbelly of my fifth wheel bought this sprayed well haven’t had any evidence of any mice or what ever creature I had I tried many things that didn’t work but this product I had results first spray I highly recommend
Sucks.
I bought this because of the mostly positive reviews. All this did was validate my reasons for not trusting the advice of others. $30 may not seem like a lot of money to some but for an ineffective product, it's $25 over-priced. (The minty aroma it provides is worth $5). Who do I need to see about that "money back guarantee"?
If no mice in 30 days I will try it again
I like the idea of this product and I truly hope it works but only time will tell. We had a mouse problem, and used this product to prevent further problems but we started with a clean slate. I’m not sure if this product would actually irritate mice enough to make them leave a home, but I’m hoping it will work as a deterrent. Does what it's supposed to!
Did as claimed! Found rat droppings and prints on my engine so decided to get this to spray around my car to prevent any possible chewing damage to my wired and hoses.
spray wand was massive fail
I cant speak to the effectiveness yet as I just applied this product. I can say the spray wand was a dribble of thick droplets and I tested the batteries and they were good. I don't recommend the spray wand and the price I'm sure I payed to get it. Buy a cheap hand pressure sprayer to apply it.
