Very poor quality
Particle board walls held together with staples and plastic corner brackets. Plastic drawer guide mounts that are snapped into place instead of screwed. The shipping box was intact but dings and paint damage on the "woodwork" and a gouge in the sink top. Top corners not level so the sink doesn't sit flat without shims. Fits well in hall bath
Nice, clean little vanity. Easy to install. You need to understand this not a real wood vanity. The vanity top and sink are one molded piece which is nice. It does not come attached to cabinet. This is so you can dry fit your cabinet and get it level and fastened to the studs. If you do not have studs use dry wall anchors. Do not even attempt to toe nail this to the sub floor. Get What You Pay For
Purchased this set for a rental property that we remodeled an outdated bathroom. I ordered online without seeing it in person. I selected this because it was the only 24" wide that also had the top drawer which I find is easy to keep toothbrush and paste in. What I didn't realize is what that drawer does to the sink space! Bought this for our half-bath, wife liked the style. Started to fall apart as soon as I opened the box. Back corner opened up, rear base fell off. Press board held together with staples, no nails or screws, not even glue. Needed to use a finishing nail gun to tack the whole thing together. Rear base wasn’t even cut properly, had to take off 1/4 inch or the whole thing would be tilted. Also, why put a sticker on the top that doesn’t come off clean? Don’t buy this.

Very attractive, but read caution.
Great appearance, love the pull out drawer. For the price ($319), I expected it to be made of real wood, not particle board. You'd think that if that's the case it would have come with some "feet" to keep the unit from coming into contact with water on the floor. The last thing I want is for the boards to swell the first time shower water spills on to the floor!

Poor construction.
Many staples missed connecting. They didn’t pull the ones that missed and just kept stapling. As many as 6 in one spot. I had to pull all and redo the back piece. Along with the staples, the back was out of line an made the whole vanity off and the drawer scraped when closing. The only reason I kept it was I had to finish the bathroom and didn’t have time to wait on another vanity.

Look fo the doors meeting close together.
This item is a get used hat you pay for. I would have returned it but it had been installed while I was not present. The problem is that it’s two doors hav a gap where they meet in the center, which is the first thing you see when you enter the room.please check it out before installing.

Take your item out of box right after you purchase
I love the style of this vanity but, I wasn't ready to install this just yet and it sit for about 2-3 weeks in the box. When I opened the box the bottom leg was damaged. I think I can fix it but I was disappointed when I saw the damage. It's not worth boxing it back up to return it for another one.
