Great product poor delivery services

The delivery driver didn’t attempt to bring my order inside the building to my door. Instead he left a puzzle for me to solve and a picture of where he left it. There are so many residents here as well as fur babies. I had to get dressed and go scavenger hunting. No need to leave details, they are not read.

Too much film protection.

The pot was very nice. The problem was in the wrapping. Thin plastic film cover came off easily. but around the rim of the pot was a 2-3" band of thin plastic film that was adhered very strongly to the pot. I peeled for some time, but it came off only in tiny pieces. I knew that it would discolor and begin to shred in time if not removed, but I was not the guy to spend two hours carefully removing every bit. Returned the pot.

Love these pots! I have them in several colors. Just the right size for houseplants and are available in such beautiful colors.

Ridiculous Customer Service

For some reason there was a $10 charge for delivery of these pots while the other, larger ones I ordered of the same style and brand are being shipped for free. I received an email claiming these planters had been delivered, but that wasn't true. The delivery confirmation photo was literally a black box, I have security cameras and nobody had come to the door. I contacted customer service and it took half an hour for the agent to concede the package might not have been delivered and therefore my...

Large sturdy pot that isn't too heavy.

This is a large sturdy pot I'm using for getting good growth on some fruit trees before planting them next year or the year after. I like that it has good depth and its shape is such I'll be able to remove the root ball in the future without too much of a problem. Since I bought my first one of these, I've bought two more, I may try growing a Meyer Lemon in one. It's light enough I'll be able to bring it into the garage in the winter.

Plastic wrap stuck

The plastic wrap stuck to the paint on the pot and was very difficult to remove.

The color is striking and the size allows me to plant large artificial plants @ have a low maintenance flower bed. Love it.
