We placed an order for 6 chairs. Apparently the store only had 5 so, we were credited one. that's partly my fault because I did not check the box (only full order) when placing the order. The chairs that were delivered were obviously damaged. I would think the person that gathered the order would/should have noticed. I called customer service trying to reject the order and was told I had to bring them in myself, and door-dash would not bring them back. I don't think it's fair that your fo...

Check for damage

These chairs were displayed under a shelf. There were five in stock. They were all dirty, the arms were scratched and there was birdo on a couple of them. I took all five and set them in the floor and picked out the least damaged. I went and found a associate and ask her to take them to the garden center for me and explained the issues with them. Disappointed

I was on the Lowe's website and saw these chairs on sale and in-stock at our local Lowe's store. I ordered 4 chairs along with a couple of other items. I chose store pick-up and when I received the pick-up notification, I headed to town. All the items were ready at customer service including the stacked chairs. Chairs Rust Unfortunately

The chairs are lovely and fit our space perfectly. However, we started noticing residue staining on our pricey outdoor rug from rust buildup on the chairs. Unless the component is redesigned to avoid water entrapment that leads to rust, I would not recommend it. Water builds up behind the leg/armrest and when the chair is moved it pours out rust colored water, causing stains to whatever it reaches.

Chairs ARE DISGUSTING!! Purchased six (6)

When we received the Chairs (via delivery), the chairs ARE DIRTY with many stains, arms and legs of chairs ARE rusty. Don't understand how a store as large as Lowe's would even release products that were in this condition. TOTALLY Unacceptable!! Great value in a pinch

It’s hard to beat the price I paid for this stackable chair. I had a grad party to plan, and not enough seating, plus I wasn’t keen on spending a lot of money for something I was probably not going to use regularly. But when I got them, coupled with the excellent customer service at Lowe’s, I was pleasantly surprised by their looks and comfort. So much so that I swapped the main chairs I had with these.

Love these

These chairs were a great addition to my outdoor dining space. The black steel frame is sturdy and well-constructed, providing good support. The tan cushion adds comfort without being too bulky, and the fabric holds up well to regular use. I also appreciate that they are stackable, making storage easy when needed.

Stained chairs

Chairs were a good match so some we already owned however we did not pick them out and when they were delivered 3 out of the 4 ordered were stained with something brown .and difficult to clean off. WE ordered them for a party and so did not have time to return and replace them. I am still cleaning the seat inserts hoping to get them back to the original color. Will not order on line again.

Great price

I was shopping for new chair cushions and discovered that buying a whole chair was less expensive, so I purchased these. The price was great but they ARE lightweight and easily toppled on our most recent windy day. Also the stackable aspect is nice, however when I got the chairs home (I purchased 2), the paint on the arms was already scratched fairly deeply. But at $45 each, it's hard to complain - new cushions for our existing chairs would have run me $75+.

Garbage. Poor craftsmanship

Garbage. Scratches all over it and rips. I had a hard time even getting it ordered from them and it got delayed twice. Then it finally arrived late and it has scratches all over it and tears. Now guess what? Lowe's has about 40 of them for sale at an their stores after they told me they were sold out and I had a hard time getting it. That's some bs and it was just because it was right before Christmas
