Defective Top (Even if Lowe's Can't See It)

I purchased this vanity to install in a rental property. It was delivered two days ago. We opened the box and immediately noticed a small, but noticeable, defect in the white engineered stone vanity top. The defect is a small, largely circular dark spot. Cheap and damaged

Very cheaply made. Front was damaged out of the box.

Returned today July 15, 2026

This items was delivered to the South Baton Rouge store damaged and had to be returned. The driver sent pictures of the damages. My questions is "When will the new item be delivered?" This delay has caused me undue stress.

Vanities

I love how these look in my bathroom, my bathroom really needed an upgrade, I’m not sure how old my other vanities were since they were here when we bought my house almost 20 years ago. Julie definitely rates a 10 plus, she helped me every step of the way. I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to go with these vanities because I wanted gray and they didn’t come in gray but with Julie’s help with getting a piece of the flooring close to the color of mine. They would work great. Thank You Julie !!!

good vanity

1st time Loews customer. We found this online and took a chance on ordering it. This is actually made out of wood. I had to cut some bigger holes in the back and was surprised to see real plywood not that other fake wood that the other big box stores carry. Nice blocking in the corners is a plus. Overall, well built. Excellent delivery company also! This is a heavy product, well worth the money.

not as expected

Very nice design, but quality is not the best. The barn door does not glide easily. It makes a thump sound before getting stuck. The drawers also doesn't glide shut. I honestly would take it back for a refund but my contractor already installed the vanity.

Cute, high quality vanity

I saw this at Lowe's. It was on my list of 3 favorites. Love the style, color, and it comes with the sink. Does not come with faucets. I love everything except this does not come with the sink plug/drain pipe. I didn't know this at time of ordering. So, it took an extra 2 days to finish install because my contractor had other obligations before he could purchase and install the drainpipe / plug. I really like that it comes in different sizes. Great quality.

Don't buy!!!! Can't get replacement parts

I bought my Morriston vanity 6 years ago. The pull handles on the drawers are garbage and break easily. I have called lowes and Whalen Furniture who makes this vanity to try to buy replacement handles. I was told by lowes that they are only for warranty replacement and my vanity is no longer under warranty. They will not sell me the part and the part number has changed for the exact same part. Arrived Damaged

Do not buy a vanity from Lowes that isn't already in stock & can be transported by you personally in your own vehicle! I have a project house with 2 bathrooms, and of the 4 vanities I have attempted to purchase on-line at Lowes, 3 of those arrived damaged & had to be returned. Their delivery partners are horrible! Hopefully Lowes has visibility to their damage claims & is working to rectify the issue.

Perfect sized sink and vanity for a half bath

We like the style and size of this bathroom sink and vanity for our half bath. The option of having both drawers and shelved to place item, is perfect. I wish they had an oak color that would have matched the other oak features in my home. However, I really could not find any vanities in my price range that would match the cabinetry in my kitchen.
