Get what you pay for

I was excited these since they seemed decent and for a good price. They were insanely difficult to assemble, they couldn’t spend a little more money for bolts, they used Allen screws that are almost all completely filled with paint so you can’t get the wrench in them but I guess that’s where all the paint went cause 3 of the 4 chairs are already rusting and I have owned them less than two weeks. You may need some mechanical to assemble.

I like the finished chairs BUT 2 of 4 had holes not match up to the threaded inserts. I had to grind a little on one side of 2 holes to be able to start the bolts. also had to use tap and die set to get threads to allow bolts to go all the way in. Also did not like the fact that while I was assembling them, I looked at the web site and the price had dropped from $299 to $239.

Cushions are not Grey

BEWARE!! Cushions are tan and only come in tan. If you order and have them delivered and want to return them because the cushions are not grey, you will need to find a way to get them back to the store. Lowe’s needs to change the description to tan! Also, can’t tighten the screws to not have a gap on one side of the back of all the chairs. Screw busted when tightening.

Product damaged, chair very scratched

1 of the chairs was very scratched up. We put them all together and the only way to get a new one was if we returned the whole set. The chairs are comfortable and nice but the product is damaged. Another part of our order was missing parts. Since customer service gave us a discount on that ruined piece of furniture they were unable to compensate us for this ruined chair. Silly policy because we paid a lot of this set and 1/4 of it was ruined.

Rust bucket

Items are poorly made. "Weep" holes are up on one of the chairs vs down on all the others. Filled with water and now rust has stained my outdoor carpets and deck. Can't move any of them without rusty water pouring out. Don't waste the money. Plus, the seams on the pillows are coming undone. Had these for 2 months and only used 3-4 times.

Rusted bars

At the end of the second year the bars in the seat are rusting out and are breaking on the ones that were not under the covered porch. My husband had to weld the ones that broke and reinforce the others. Otherwise they are comfortable to sit in.

GREAT CHAIRS. Be prepared to do lots of assembling

Love the chairs. Black frame is very sturdy and the seat cushion is not too soft so it should hold up very well. Didn't like the delivery experience but once we got past that and the fact that the boxes were all torn open AND extremely heavy (should only pack 2 chairs per box instead of all 4), once they were all put together, I'm very happy and would recommend to anyone!

Sweet Lines

These are beautiful and sturdy. They have nice lines and comfy cushions. Only negative is the finish has raw metal spots and I don't know why. Might have to touch-up to avoid rust. Good value and the deliverer was very nice to bring up stairs and into my backyard space. Kudos.

Nice chairs with no hardware

The chairs look like they will be nice but they were delivered in 7 days but without any manual or hardware. Called the after sales department and they will ship the parts but said it will be 7-10 days. The cushions are a nice color but a little thinner than I was expecting.
