Within 48hours of being installed the vanity surface started to show marks and stains even though the only thing the sink was used for was washing of face and hands and brushing our teeth. Horrible Defective Vanity
I thought this vanity was exactly what I was looking for, but after only two months of use, the bottom panel inside the door started cracking and peeling. It already looks like it's 10 years old. The quality of the materials and workmanship is very poor. Customer support has been equally disappointing. VAMSEE AND REEM are STELLAR employees! They went above and beyond in helping us find the right cabinet with exactly the hardware we wanted. Both of these AMAZING women were competent but oh so kind ..and their attention to detail was incredible! Our visit to Lowes will be remembered fondly and our extremely positve experience will be shared many times over! We definitely felt like we were part of the family and were truly care about! Immediate sink stains
First day of use and I have water stains on the countertop. I contacted customer service who sent me some items to use to clean and seal the countertop. From the reviews of others, I can now see that this is not an anomaly, but an actual flaw in manufacturing. The sink is not sealed despite claims that it is. Very Deceptive Listing
The Light Natural Oak (the default listing) comes with a mirror. The white and green versions do not. The natural oak with the mirror is the default and we shopped based on that assuming only the color was changing (price did not change). We were looking at it in the store on our phone and I think the employee who helped us even commented on it including the mirror. We had this vanity installed last summer, and it had progressively gotten worse and worse. The edges of the doors and drawers are all peeling off and look incredibly worn. Doesn't seem like this vanity is made for a bathroom where there is moisture and water. Would not buy again or recommend!

The stone top of this is garbage
Purchased this vanity and had it installed. Two days after installation, visible marks appeared on the stone top. We returned it and purchased another and paid for a 2nd installation. The 2nd one was installed yesterday and now has the same kind of marks on it. We spoke with a Lowes rep about the first one and she thought it had not been properly sealed. We want Lowes to reimburse us for the 1st installation. When we asked, they said no. Bad customer service.

Vanity arrived already assembled. Probably the most impressive part was the way it was packaged. The attention to details to protect the unit was top notch. Surrounding the entire piece was thick expanded cardboard sheets w/ hard corner protectors at the corners and additional rigid material on the top protecting the vanity top.
