Damaged in Shipping

The vanity itself had a stripped screw on one of the door hinges so that the left door was actually only attached at one point and hung off-set. The mirror was shipped in a separate box strapped to the back of the vanity, which seemed safe; however, the mirror was SHATTERED inside the box. Lowes only gives you 3 days to report shipping damages, so make sure you open all boxes in your shipment upon arrival. THIS IS A MAJOR QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE.

I haven't taken them out of the box yet

They are still in the box because the delivered the wrong ones. I ordered 2 36" gray and 1 32" gray one. I received 2 30" white ones and 1 30" gray one! I was on the phone all day with Lowes yesterday trying to get them to pick them back up. They told me I need to bring them back. I had them delivered because they won't fit in my little Saturn! So sick of incompetent people! How hard is it to read an order and choose the correct item? And I'm still waiting for Lowes to call me back about the sit...

Not worth $409

My wife and i love the looks of the vanity and top, However The vanity is very cheap made, the toe kick was not attached on one side, and had to glue support pcs for extra support. , the corner plastic pcs that hold the sides together were only attached with two staples each. I would have taken pictures of the vanity before I fixed it but i was too angry that i had to make repairs on a new vanity. Not worth the $409 ,only to fix what was wrong with it.

we are renovating our downstairs bathroom and needed a new vanity. we saw this and thought ok let's try it. once lowes delivered the vanity I opened it and saw that the kick panel was broken off and the board under the vanity was damaged under the kick panel. also it is not really gray, it's more on the blue end of gray. overall we are very disappointed. had to return it.

ABSOLUTELY A LEMON!!

An ABSOLUTLY NIGHTMARE!!!! After being installed, all 3 drawers opened up on their own and would not stay closed whatsoever. I had to pay for a handyman to replace the tracks to keep the doirs closed. Take this off the market immediately!!!

Helpful service

My vanity arrived cracked. No problem with exchange. Dean helped me like no other! The gentlemen at the return desk were also helpful but Dean went out of his way to get a replacement for me. The product itself did not align with the sink.

Defective multiple times.

Twice we were delivered defective product. The first time we had to get manager approval not to charge us more for the exchange. The 2nd time we were told it is out of stock and we can try a warranty claim but it would be at least 3-5 business days for a 3rd vanity. Having no bathroom for multiple weeks with a newborn is not a fun way to live.

Cheap, poorly built

The first one was damaged had to return it. Very cheap built, has plastic corner braces with light gauge staples missing much of the intersecting component. Screws for handles and knobs are barely long enough. Way over priced for what you get, all partical board.

First purchase came without the sink. Had to send back to Lowes and reorder. Inconvenience. Hard to find a backsplash and side splash for the sink. I purchased 36 inch vanity. Delayed project.
