Only purchase any of these products if you want to torcher yourself. Read the below comments as they are all spot on….almost every screw lock broke and we can not even build the closet. I have 5 of these !!!! And I can’t use them … it’s like I tossed $800 into a fire pit. It’s so sad - I probably will never purchase any home furniture at Lowe’s again.

garbage missing holes, poor design

there were camlock pin holes missing in drawer fronts, missing bolt holes on metal rods, cheap camlocks that broke easily - it was a nightmare to assemble and the drawers wouldn't function properly or close all the way! terrible waste of money and effort! Regret buying this - beware of this brand!

Lipstick on a pig! Looks real good, but difficult

While the functional design worked well for the closet remake, the twist fasteners were as fragile as tissue paper! Since a great deal of the structure is secured with the screw plugs inserted into the twist fasteners, i had to find a way to ration the ones that didn't break to try and maintain structural integrity. There were no extras included! Very disappointed! Would've given zero stars if that were possible!

Bought a full set of 5 units in this collection to completely re-model my wife’s walk-in closet. Upon assembling the first unit parts are falling apart and the cheap particle boards have cracks due to the pre-drilled holes in some of the pieces being just below the surface. Spend a little more money and save yourself the hassle. Glad I only started building the first one. I will be taking all of it back. Huuuuge Mistake!

Buy stronger camlocks before starting

This unit had two issues: almost all cam locks were so brittle that they fell apart, so we replaced them with stronger ones. Secondly, one of the holes in the hanger rod was a little too big for the supplied screws. We added a heli coil to it which fixed the issue. Once assembled, it’s good and sturdy, and thankfully we were able to address them ourselves, otherwise it would have been a frustrating experience.

Absolute Garbage!!!

As others have mentioned, the cams crumble when attempting to assemble so the whole thing becomes an exercise in futility. Surprise Lowe's would stock such cr*p!!!

Expect to buy stronger parts for assembly

It looks good, but parts are cheaply made. Many of the cam locks broke apart while using a screwdriver to turn them. I actually had to go buy some stronger ones to replace the ones that broke. The screws that are supplied to attach the frame to the top shelf didn’t seem to go into the wood enough g for a secure fit. I ended up buying some longer screws to fix that issue. I would have taken it back, but didn’t feel like taking it apart and repacking it. With the extra parts I bought I feel ...

Poor Quality

Poor quality - hardware kept braking. Looks beautiful but I would not recommend.

Bad manufacturing and bad design

I bought 4. So far, two of these had threads in the hanger rod that would not work with the hardware provided on one side. The threads did not grab in the hanging rod on one side while the other was fine. I believe this is from bad manufacturing practice using thin sheet metal to make the thread and holding it with the other or trying to tap both sides simultaneously. Looks nice but broken/missing pieces

The piece looks nice but I had trouble with assembly as some of the cam locks disintegrated when put on. I also had two screws that kept turning and wouldn’t tighten. Additionally, a piece was missing- there were two pieces labeled E while one should have been E and the other should have been F. After a phone call, Lowe’s did send me the piece though it meant that the furniture had to sit unfinished in my house for a week.
