lost teeth in 5 cuts
5 cuts, laminate countertop. cuts clean and true, BUT when it loses two carbide teeth in 5 cuts I return the blade to the store for a refund.

Self-Destruction
Search for "saw blades for laminate flooring" and this product comes up as a choice. But it destroys itself after 10-15 cuts through 12mm laminate flooring. Those teeth won't hold up. Check the description is says not recommended for laminate floors. Somebody isn't telling the real story.

overpriced and dangerous
I dont normally write reviews, but after having 3 serious kcik back incidents on my saw, i figure i owe it to someone else to put a warning out. I dont know whats weong with this blade, but right out of the package it cut like it was dull, and something about it is causing wood to get stuck and kick back, a probelm ive never had woth freud or diablo, or dewalt. Im an experienced woodworker of 20 years. Its not my technique, or the wood, or the saw. I follow every safety rule under the sun. Given...

Missing teeth after a month.
I really wanted to like this blade and was very impressed with the cut quality at first. After a month I started noticing a vibration. When I removed the blade to clean it I saw 4 teeth are missing. I have a junk blade for cutting junk wood and have only used this on clear wood with no metal and have not abused it in any way. This is on a stationary saw in my shop, I'm not throwing it into the back of a truck. I have sent a message to Spyder on their website with no response. I won't be run...

Fine finish to perfection.
What is not to like about this? Wheb it says fine finish they mean it. This doesnt leave behind the splintered edges like other non finish or finish blades would. It may feel pricey compared to others but you get what you pay for.

Large Positive Hook
I bought this in store because it was on sale. I can't attest to how well this blade performs, as I'm returning it. I contacted the manufacturer for the specifications (which are not posted on the blade, Lowe's website, or Spyder's website) and this blade has a 2.3mm kerf, 2 mm plate width, & 18 Deg hook angle. That last part is why I'm returning it. A large positive hook on a sliding miter saw is not ideal, and I do not want to find out the hard way whether or not it will perform well on my saw...

Great blade
I’ve have Freud, Forrest, and other high end blades, I decided to give this one a try. I cut a bunch of ship lap and crown molding over the last few weeks. The blade is still incredibly sharp to the touch. It’s a thin kerf and I can make precise, glass smooth cuts. I have another 200 feet of crown to cut and I’m confident the blade will be as sharp as it is now, even after I’m done. I mounted it on my Dewalt 716 12 inch miter saw.

Jersey Shore Custom Carpentry, Inc.
Purchased this to try it out. When installed on my saw it vibrated very bad. I made 3 cuts with it and immediately went a bought a new Diablo blade. When comparing the 2 blades I noticed the arbor adapter fit snugly in the Diablo blade but had noticeable play when in the Spyder blade. This slight looseness is enough to cause a nasty vibration. I cannot see myself purchasing another Spyder blade in the future!

too much wobble
I bought this thinking it would be an upgrade to my dws 780. I couldn't have been more wrong! this blade is much thinner and lighter than the factory DeWalt blade. I'm assuming this is the reason for the rediculous amount of wobble. I even purchased a set of blade stabilizers to try and control it. for $60 I was hoping for much better quality. don't waste your time or money on this garbage!

Impressive performance
I’m impressed with the performance of this blade. It leaves a cut almost as smooth as glass, with no tearout on the backside. I’ve installed almost 200’ of custom poplar base moulding using this blade and the last cut is as smooth as the first. My previous blade was a Freud Diablo 44 tooth (which is out getting sharpened). Initial performance is on par with the Diablo at a much lower price point, I’m looking forward to see how this performs long term.
