Love the doorbell although it's not working at the moment. I purchased the Basic Installation. Lowes uses Angi to schedule an installer. I was to have the doorbell installed on Sunday at 2. He installer did not arrive until 2:30. When he arrived I was met by a young man who didn't look like he even shaved, could not speak English, could not understand me, had to use his smartphone translator. Don't ever use Lowe's / Angli.
The purchase of the doorbell was done in a coordinated effort with Lowe's and Angi. Angi was responsible for the installation. That has been an absolute disaster. They did not do the installation, yet they charged me for it and showed in their documentation that they had completed the task. Once I finally got through to the customer service department that handles that particular request, they said they would reschedule it by the next day. They still have not reached out to me to reschedule...
