Thought it was exactly what I wanted. Was delivered and I cannot open the safe to get to the keys and to remove the moving screw that makes the safe usable. Contacted Sentry- AI response could not fix the issue-+was texted that a company representative would email me a fix. 3 days later and still no response from Sentry. Several hundred dollar safe and it is unusable and no help to return it or fix the issue.

I had a frustrating experience with my recent order from Lowe’s. They sent me the wrong item, and when I called for help, they asked me to return it—despite it being really heavy. After a lot of back-and-forth, I had to escalate the issue to finally get a FedEx label. I expected better service.

Arrived dented with random packing material inside. Clearly they reshipped a product that was returned already. No damage to box in area where the damage was found.

The numbers on the dial look like they were painted by a drunk monkey. Their position is arbitrary. The instruction manual is for 4 different models of nearly identical safe. During first time setup, Sentry Support was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. This entire experience has made me associate Sentry with Flimsy Products and Apathetic Support. I hope they read this and get good.
I could not get the item because Lowes gave me BAD information I had to send the item back. Bad for me and Bad business for Lowe’s.

Inside dimensions nit accurate.
The inside front-to-back dimension is listed as 12.6-inches. However, that is with the door open. With the door closed, it is only 11.25-inches deep. The 11.9-inch dimension is the side-to-side dimension, and it is correct. If you need to store something over 12-inchez (which I do) it will not fit in this side with the door closed.

Solid Peace of Mind
Sentry Safe at 1.2-cu ft is large enough to hold cash, jewels, passports, credit cards and a whole bunch more. It's fireproof and heavy enough so that no one; except maybe a power lifter, is going to run off with it. Bolts to the floor and/or wall and prevents theft. Highly Recommend and comes with a set of keys in case the batteries in the keypad fail. Additional Purchase includes a lockable sliding drawer that fits neatly into the shelf slot.
