my SWF082D was a curbside pick-up with no keys or combo. I registered my new safe and even had a combo to gain access to it within a matter of minutes, it was so quick and easy; I loved it. While I feel the price was a little high just to get a couple numbers that was saved on a computer, it was still worth price compared what I would've paid for another new safe. Solid Safe - Cheap Feeling Dial
3-stars only because I found this safe on clearance for an absolute steal. The safe box itself is very sturdy and the size is perfect for home use. My complaint is that the dial and handle both have a really cheap plastic feel to them. Not what you want in a safe at all. If I had paid anything close to full price, it would have been returned.
Mixed feelings
Rated this a 3 due to needing to open the safe every 30 days and having to buy a moisture pack to replace every 30 days aswell brought had a different brand before this one didn't have to open every 30 days nor needed a moisture pack so this seems like a flaw and added expensive to keep buy moisture packs

Reasonable option for the price
Does not come with Shelves. Combination mechanism seems flimsy. Seems strange that it takes 16 hours to recharge the desiccant when other desiccants typically say 3-4 hours in the oven at same temps. I went ahead and purchased an aftermarket desiccant partly because of this and also because there is no way to see when it needs recharging

Very secure safe
The secondary key lock requires the user to have both the key and the combination code to open the safe. This key is NOT an override key. Therefore, the key provides an extra measure of security. The safe is secure, and it is easy for the OWNER to open it.

Simple, fire and water resistant, no batteries req
Simple, fire and water resistant, no batteries required. There are drill outs in the case that allow for mounting bolts. I did not use them as I didn't want to compromise the reason I got it in the first place - fire and water resistance. I instead I built a platform and used industrial grade adhesives. Not as good as thru bolts - but it makes the assembly extremely unwieldy.

It doing what it needs to do. I love the place to hang the keys. It isn’t as deep as I had hoped. I like that the website has a way to hold the combination and such as a place holder so I can get rid of the instructions and not store paperwork

Cheap safe not recommended
The plastic dial is cheap and grinds when trying to input a combination. The handle is also plastic and extremely weak. The key was missing out of the box and it has shelf slots but does not come with shelves. This is a very cheap safe and will not hold up long if using it somewhat frequently.
