Good product, bad shipper
The product was precisely what i wanted, and finding it and ordering was easy and quick. Problem was with shipment - shipper (FeeEx) pparently dropped it in transit, as when unpacked it had significant dents, but they didn't impair the function. Not easy to return a 85 lb product, and no reply from FedEx when contacted

Very well made, heavy duty. Electronic lock and manual double security key are easy to operate. The online registration and free replacement after a fire are good features. Lowe's has a great price and fast delivery.

Returning safe
The safe was delivered LOCKED with no key or combination. There was also a ding in the side of it apparently from when they were prepping to deliver it. They are picking it up for return in a week but while I was looking at it sitting there I noticed it has a large ding in it also. I was anticipating receiving it. A really bad experience.

Arrvied Damaged
Whether or not the safe is any good remains to be seen. When I opened the package the safe was damaged. Now I have to haul the thing back to my local Lowes. Since it was shipped to me, they won't replace it and take it back when they deliver a new and hopefully undamaged one.

No customer service if there is an issue.
Thought it was exactly what I wanted. Was delivered and I cannot open the safe to get to the keys and to remove the moving screw that makes the safe usable. Contacted Sentry- AI response could not fix the issue-+was texted that a company representative would email me a fix. 3 days later and still no response from Sentry. Several hundred dollar safe and it is unusable and no help to return it or fix the issue.

I received a previously returned safe!
I was shipped a previously returned safe. Huge dent on top, most of the styrofoam packing was missing. No damage to box or packing materials in dented area. Lowes customer service set a return pickup date for 3 days ago. No one showed up. Kind of a joke!
