By now, everyone who buys this knows what they're getting and it's not real dirt, it's topsoil. Honestly, it's the same product that your local mulch/topsoil company will deliver in bulk. If you only need a few bags this will do the job.

I usually purchase basic topsoil but decided to order this as it was the most economical option available from Lowe's as I was already paying to have a large mulch order delivered to my home. I found the soil to be very hard to manage. Each bag was pretty much rock solid. The best top soil

One time I bought cheap topsoil. It was full of weed seeds and mushrooms and it was too compacted. This Premium Lawn and Garden Topsoil is the best. It doesn't have invasive seeds in it, it pours easily from the bag and is easy to rake where I want it. I will not be buying any other type of top soil since this one's quality is consistent, and that's what I want for my gardens.

The roduct is great. Getting it delivered was another thing entirely. We ordered soil, pavers and gravel for delivery, thinking we'd see a Lowes delivery truck but, apparently, they contract this out toa third party, kind of like d';oor dashb or uber ea.ts, bt we weren't told this. Bought this to enrich my existing soil for planting new flowers. It looks nice and goes well in that area. It also really helps to moisturize and provide the nutrients my soil had been lacking for so long.

All top soil isnt DIRT!

This is a very rich top soil and ots mostly soil> Some top soils on the market add chopped up-like bark to add bulk? I put this down with a Lowes grass seed and have results in less than a week.

Delivery Unacceptable

Unlike my previous perfect deliveries, this one was thrown on my driveway by the delivery person. I was clear as with previous deliveries where to place the bark mulch and soil. When kindly asked to place the delivery where I had requested the delivery person stormed back and grabbed my 1/2 full wheel barrel, loaded it with 8 bags of mulch and dumped it where I had requested on the order. First the workers loaded DRY BAGS of top soil into my car. The soil had been thoroughly screened so no stones or any foreign material was mixed in. I needed to patch my lawn where tire tracks from winter were made. I poured the top soil on and prepared it with seed that had the necessary nutrients in the mix, watered it and you guessed it — I now have a beautiful lawn.
