Kept malfunctioning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 3 of these locks in 2024 for our new home. After a year, one stopped working, so we bought the same lock to replace it. After having that one for a year, it quit working too along with another on a different door. These deadbolts were not cheap and only under warranty for a year. Max Security in a Box!

Super Easy to install with excellent security and a very user friendly ergonomic interface touchscreen that has stood the test of time has Stealth like Ergonomics with a contemporary design. The WiFi makes it easy to access remotely too.

Great locks that you can control access

The locks are easy to navigate in the app and allow us to let people in with the push of a button. The locks were easy to install and are aesthetically pleasing. The app features also allow users to add family and friends on a permanent or temporary basis.

Nice Lock - skip WiFi and connect with Matter

Physical Installation was quick and easy. Good instructions and the process is straight forward. Software Installation I initially setup on the Schlage App connecting the locks via WiFi as it instructs. Minor hiccups but was successful with all three. Works great as a lock, but routinely disconnects
