After about a year the front door unit stopped working randomly. swap the batteries, even took him multimeter to verify the terminals were getting 6 volts across. Just recently the the other failed

We got new Provia Doors and wanted to add a WiFi lock. This one is awesome. Now when I go for a walk, I just lock the door and don't have to carry a key. Schlage is a premium door hardware and lock company so I wanted the best. So easy once you download the app to add new codes and delete temporary codes. Highly recommended this particular lock if you have purchased the Schlage Century Door Hardware. Very good look.

Great functionality, but weak hardware.

I really appreciate the notifications, monitoring, and alarm technology. The disappointing weakness of this unit is the low-quality hardware base plate, especially for attaching the interior component. The metal screw holes and screws are poorly matched, strip with very little pressure, and fail to deliver the bomber grip a deadbolt lock should have. I needed to use filler and different screws to make it attach correctly. Be forewarned!

Keypad died right after 3 year warranty expired

We splurged on a nice deadbolt so we wouldn't need to carry a key. We purchased this at the end of October 2022, and installed in at the beginning of 2023. It is now April 2026 and the keypad has totally quit working. It had been intermittent for probably 6 or 8 months but I just figured it was battery issues. I just installed new batteries a few days ago and they are registering at 73%. This morning we could not get it to work at all so I installed another set of energizer batteries this aftern...
