Bought this product four years ago water started leaking round up being the drum disconnected from the inner drum. I would not recommend this product poor at all four y that’s all it lasted just over the three-year warranty. It’s definitely a manufacturers defect, but they don’t cover it.

Dead at 4 1/2 years…
Worked well but drum needed replacement at 4 1/2 years. Parts and labor for repair = price of new washer… I had a Kenmore before that lasted 20 years. Seems virtually all washers sold today are INTENTIONALLY designed to fail by 5 years. Consumers and Samsung customers are getting ripped off by corporate greed. Only stockholders and company executives are seemingly important… for whom maximizing short-term profits takes priority over product quality and reliability. I will NEVER buy another Sams...

Lasted less four years
Bought this washer, along with its companion dryer. The washer worked well enough but it has now started knocking severely during the agitation cycle, leading me to believe there is a defective or broken part. It is now no longer draining completely. I am very disappointed in this design and its very short life cycle.

drain hose leak
after 3 years, water started leaking and then into the floor below. after long discussion with samsung and getting people out to look at it, it was determined that the washer repair and the floor damage were not covered by the warranty. we had the washer drain hose fixed and it worked for another 3 months. now it's leaking again and i'm going to buy a new, different washer now. i should also note that our baby's socks frequently get sucked into the filter, which causes the clothes to not spi...

Model # ww22K6800AW/A2 is a 2016 model. It has all the whizz bangs of steam clean, self clean, VRT,Quick wash, normal wash, programmable this that and other thing but the drawer for soap dispensing doesn't tell me which slot is laundry soap. Up to one year life on the motor
Purchased one year ago to the month and the motor has failed. I was just told that it would be about the same price to replace the motor as purchasing a new washing machine. Nothing special about this washing machine and bummed on the short lifespan with just standard use.

we git this washer in aug 2021 along with the dryer as a set , since we had it , it makes a very weird sound during the cycle , tehn just w weeks ago , we got a complaint from our neighbor about a leak , we never ghought ut is the washer , we thought it is a broken pipe, got a plumber , as soon as he pulled the washer out , we saw and video the dripping from the bottom back of the washer …. it is not even 6 months :( we paid alot in it.
