Very happy with this Samsung washer so far. It cleans clothes really well, runs smoothly, and has been a huge upgrade from using our apartment complex laundry room. Delivery from Lowe’s was excellent. The delivery team had to bring both units (washer and dryer) up two flights of stairs and professionally install them stacked on top of each other, and they did a great job. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the whole process went smoothly.

The capacity of my washer is outstanding. I have no issues with the noise as you barely hear it. The cleaning cycle is good I just wish they provided more sanitation products that comes with the washer so you can help with the smell of water sitting in the rubber around the door. It’s great for small laundry rooms!
I like how it fits in my laundry room. It also catches a good amount of the pet hair that comes out. I do enjoy having the top for storage or to use as a folding table. It has super quick settings which helps when we are ima. Pickle. The vibration can be a bit strong when it goes through the spin and rinse cycle but sometimes that’s my fault prolly for putting an extra piece or two in it. The noise isn’t bad. It’s just the door that makes noise when it spins. I’d get another for in the future
