Customer service very bad

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the delivery driver, John. He handled the delivery in a rough and careless manner and left my order in an unsecured area instead of placing it in a safe location. I used this tile on the floor in my master bath and on the walls in the guest bath. I am honestly surprised at how good it looks. The large format makes install pretty easy too

Stainmaster quality and style for a great price

I chose these stain master tiles because I wanted to update my master bathroom with something that wasn’t too trendy but gave me flexibility in decorating. We are using these 12” x 24” tiles for the walls of our shower and the bathroom floor. The coordination mosaics will be used for the shower floor and niche. Easy install, high quality/heavy, matte looks nice

This looks great in our bathroom. We haven't finished the flooring yet, but it's good to use for flooring and in our case, the backsplash for our recessed cutout in our walk in shower. It's easy to install, is pretty heavy and high quality, and matches the marble flooring we have in a subtler way. The matte ceramic is beautiful. Definitely accentuates the room more and the hexagonal pieces are stuck together for an easier install rather than having to do them one by one.

Love the Design

I thought this was simply beautiful and cool looking tile. I'm doing a bathroom redo and this is perfect for my shower.

Neutral but not boring.

I’m very excited to get this stain master mosaic tile installed as the floor and niche for my new master shower. We are coordinating it with the 12” x 24” matching tile for the shower walls and bathroom floor. I like that the texture with the many necessary grout lines will provide some traction in the shower. The cream/soft brown/grey combination will be a neutral backdrop that gives me flexibility for decorating. I’ll update this review after we get it installed.

Excellent High-End Look with Great Slip Resistance

The veining on these tiles is beautiful. It features a really nice mix of both warm and cool tones (soft grays and subtle gold/cream hues) against a crisp white background. Because it has a V4 dramatic shade variation, the pattern doesn't look repetitive or stamped on. It genuinely mimics real stone and gives the room a high-end, architectural feel.

Nice but a lot of black veins

Love the matte finish - came out nice with matching hexagon tile shower floor but photos show more copper veining with black and it’s mostly black. I had to remove some of the super heavy black veining tiles as it was too much for my taste but overall happy with the way it turned out.

Non slippery surface = bath safe

This is a beautiful tile - the mix of a caramel brown and a muted black make it very versatile. It is a great compliment to a wooden vanity and adds interest with the color mix.
