It's good drywall, it's just a little expensive. I guess you're paying for it to be precut maybe? It's $8 for a patch sections, or around $22 for a full sheet. Depends on your needs. If you really just have to make 1 patch then this is a great choice.

I needed a half sheet of drywall - they sold full sheets and these roughly eighth sheets (at about half the cost of a full sheet). Still easy to transport, and return when it turned out I didn't need all four that I purchased.

Small 2x2' size was perfect for my ceiling repair. Light weight and easy to transport in my car. I didn't want or need to buy a full 4'x8' sheet. One side of the patch panel is finished which was useful to line up against an existing seam on the ceiling.
