Nice window in appearance and seems to work just fine but there’s only one hole on each corner for nailing flanges. Wanted to call a customer service rep for details on installation but lowes referred me to Atrium and Atrium couldn’t help because they come from China and there’s no installation instructions and no identification # for the manufacturer. I went ahead and drilled holes every 6” and screwed them down. I can only imagine if there’s an issue with warranty????

Happy. But could better.
Cheap aluminum window once you pop string the window not stay up on its on. Wish it was a way for the window to be work on.

The windows are nice very well put together the only issue is the delivery service that was supposed to bring them days on days with them not knowing where the items are and being over a week late on the delivery and not answering the phone they got to get that problem fixed.

Window Good-Support Not
Purchased 4 of these windows for a renovation After installation and job complete, one of the bottom parts of the window fell out while opening to clean. Lowes stood by their product but the vendor did not. The vendor refunds the cost of the product, but not the cost of labor to remove window and hardy plank to reinstall the window. DUE TO THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT Would not purchase this product from this vendor again!

These windows are better if not as good as anyones
I love these windows! Made a huge difference. My installer used insulation around the walls. he took the old windows out and replaced them with these. I used a reputable window dealer to put some up at another house for twice the price and they suck... But these windows beat those by far!

will not stay open
Delivery drivers dropped one of two windows, now it does not stay open and has to be propped up with wooden braces. Manager at Bastrop will not contact me for a partial refund since I already installed the window waiting for reply. Need new managers!
