I finished installing this faucet only to find out that it leaks internally, I took it apart & installed again thinking maybe something wasn’t tight enough, I made sure everything was as tight as it could get & it is still leaking internally, so here I sit with the water shut off to the bathroom sink until I can get somewhere to get a new faucet from a reputable manufacturer. Defective

I had this installed 2 months ago. Today, when I turned off the hot water, it wouldn't turn off. I tried several times. I called the phone number in the manual to see what part I need and to order it. They told me they don't have any parts in stock. I asked why. They said they're in the process of discontinuing it. Beautiful but FRUSTRATING!!!

I just finished "installing" this faucet only to find that it has a serious leak. I went back and checked every single connection I had made and they were all water tight - the leak was coming from within the base of the faucet. I thought that maybe one of the handle connections wasn't tight but the leak happens with the cold running by itself AND the hot running by itself. Drain parts made of cheap plastic

I had to replace a pedestal sink for moving out and got this because it's cheap. Finally got it all together an attached to the wall only for the drain in the sink to leak from the inside. If I pull the plunger up, no leak, so I installed it correctly, but if the drain is open water just freely flows from somewhere inside the drain, which indicates a crack on the inside. The plastic is about what you'd expect from a dollar store toy that you tell your kids will break before they get to the car. ...

Use plumbers Teflon tape on threaded joints

Nowhere do the directions tell you this and instead the little yellow triangle tucked into the box like an afterthought advises to "put a silicon, acrylic, or latex based sealant around the drain opening and threaded joints". This is because if you follow the directions as they are in the instruction booklet you are going to have leaks at the top of the drain. Complete junk...leaked as soon as installed

We should have listened o the other reviews, this faucet is beyond worthless. We spent the time to install an new sink and facet only to find it leaks internally as soon as we turned the water on. What a complete waste of our time and effort, Of course we no longer have the receipt so we can't return it, so into the trash it goes. Do yourself a favor, do NOT buy Project Source junk...you will end up doing the job twice.

Easy install and best price

This faucet was an amazing deal at under $30 compared to the other products in stock, and the installation was simple--a lot simpler than removing a stuck (and broken) Moen 1224 cartridge, making the former faucet irreparable. The new faucet installed in under 30 minutes since we didn't replace the current drain. No worries about the other "complaints" of the drain being plastic since the entire drain systems of most homes are indeed plastic and reliable.

The upper part of the faucet is fine. The drain and popup valve assembly under the sink inserts into the drain tube with a push and click that has a rubber o-ring seal around it. When pushing the popup rod up and down, you can see the drain tube with a push and click part flexing up and down. easy install

I usually don't fill out reviews but after my great experience with this faucet, I felt compelled to share my experience. Installation-rubber washer at the drain saved me from having to use plumbers putty. . NICE! New connection methods for the pop drain was convenient, quick, & leak free.
