Cheap plastic broke immediately

The whole drain unit and linkage are flimsy plastic and snapped off the very first time I tested the plunger. Unbelievable. Even the builder grade faucet drain I’m replacing was made of metal. I can’t believe Lowe’s even sells this crap. Avoid buying anything from “project source” brand.

Simple Fixture/ Fits my Budget

Simple enough to put on. Been trying to upgrade little things around the house. I am a woman and it was simple to follow instructions.

Nice upgrade - the price is right

Picked this up at Lowe's for $89, was skeptical based on some of the reviews, however it was a perfect fit for my vanity and made for a nice upgrade. Took about 30 minutes to an hour to install.

Not packaged well

So far have purchased two 49" tops and both have been broken. First one I did not open at store since it was a curbside pickup and had a broken back splash. Second one opened the box at store but did not take out and had a a corner of the backsplash chipped off that was hidden by the packaging foam. Now they are out of stock and unable to finish my bathroom project.

Worst customer service!

I ordered the vanity with mirror on 3/14/2025. It was delivered on 3/31/2025. However, the mirror was not packed properly. I t was broken when I open the package. In addition, the hinges are missing too. I called Lowes at 1:800-445-6937. A lady told me they will ship a replacement using fedex on 4/4/2025. Nothing happened. I called again on 4/11/2025. Another lady told me no information updated yet. On 4/18/2025, I called again, a lady with an indian accent, played me around and waste 1 hours. S...

Should have purchased installation.

Like the product quality, convenience and price. Unfortunately, our installing plumber ghosted us, and Lowes will not sell us installation post-delivery of the products. Wondering whether I should return my purchase and re-buy with installation?

Vanity Faucet

So I finally got around to replacing that old leaky faucet in our guest bathroom, and wow - this Dover brushed nickel one is pretty awesome! Got it at Lowe's after checking out like a million options (ok maybe 5 lol). The brushed finish is super cool because my kids can touch it all day and you don't see every single fingerprint - major win! No-overflow sinks!!

Be careful when purchasing faucets for this top. The sinks are not overflow sinks, so you need to install a faucet drain with no overflow. I tried to install multiple overflow drains, but they leaked every time. I eventually found a no-overflow drain (see Kraus extended thread drain), and it works perfectly now. The product is good so far, but I wish I knew about the no-overflow when I bought it.

Great Faucet

Price was reasonable. Installation was a breeze with zero modifications to my existing setup/configuration. Just ensure that you have some "clear" caulk and you're all set.
