Sad and sorry

The smaller size vanity need is why we purchased this item. We looked at the reviews, prior, they were not stellar. When we arrived to pick up the order, Lowes attempted to hand us one in a previously opened and retaped box, we declined it. They brought out another, that box, too, had been resealed. Good value

For $200, this bathroom vanity is a great value. Easy to put together (three pieces) and looks really nice. I bought it for the added space around the sink and the backsplash is a nice touch. I changed the knobs and plan on adding a decorative appliqué on the front to fancy it up a bit. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Cheap plastic broke immediately

The whole drain unit and linkage are flimsy plastic and snapped off the very first time I tested the plunger. Unbelievable. Even the builder grade faucet drain I’m replacing was made of metal. I can’t believe Lowe’s even sells this crap. Avoid buying anything from “project source” brand.

Simple Fixture/ Fits my Budget

Simple enough to put on. Been trying to upgrade little things around the house. I am a woman and it was simple to follow instructions.

Do not recommend!

The vanity looks horrible. Have no choice but to install it but I am definitely making some calls. Excess glue, scars, and blemishes.

Measurements were off.

We trusted but failed to verify. We gave the the required dimensions at the store while shopping for vanities and were told they were standard and the vanity we selected was the correct size. Yes, the width was 48", but the depth of the actual vanity once installed did not match the depth we provided. Now I am stuck with a gap between the vanity and my bathroom tiles. More work and $$ for me!

Just okay

I probably wouldn't buy it again. Not damaged as some have reported. Just really low quality, I guess it will hold up if you are looking for a low cost solution that will maybe get you bye for the next 5 years or so. The other thing is that if you purchase a faucett with a push rod for the drain you might have a very tight fit like I did. The push rod is on the rear of the faucett, the rear back splash of the sink is really close to the faucett mount making it a very tight fit. You will need ...

Absolute Garbage

I ordered this product THREE times - Third times a charm, right? WRONG. 1st one - scratched all over the front inside of an undamaged box. 2nd one - doors were installed incorrectly/wrong size? and had a 3/4" gap between the doors with no room to fix the issue. 3rd and final order - scratches and things stuck to the paint. What's worse - when I went to Lowe's to find a replacement, they were SELLING the items I had returned on the floor for full price. Customer service offered me a whole 10% off...

Don't buy it.

I bought this vanity/sink TWICE. The first time, there was a crack in the bowl, right where the drain is. When I replaced it, there was a chip where the bottom of the sink connects to the drain. The plumber said it to return it because he didn't feel like it would hold up when he installed the sink. Ridiculous. Do not buy.
