We did an online order and bought two cabinets. One had permeant marker written on one side. Luckily we could hide it by putting it in the middle. Second cabinet had some chips in the particle board and one a chip that was hidden by the cardboard packaging that holds the cabinet doors together. I was bummed, it seems like there were issues when transporting them around. Make sure you fully inspect the cabinets

This was a pickup order so we thought they would inspect them first. The cabinets were covered in dust, the unfinished cabinets are much harder to clean, the dirt gets into the wood. Two of them were broken, one the top was crushed, and the other back of cabinet was spider cracked. Large trails of glue, on the back and outside edges, some glue was smeared over the oak face wood. Super Disappointed - Pressed Wood Pieces of Junk

We purchased 2 of these at the Hendersonville location. There were only 3 on the shelf and 1 of them was very damaged. So we purchased the 2 "least" damaged ones. When checking out we noticed a huge piece missing on the corner of one and they gave us a small discount on it. Once we were home we realized that the whole back of the damaged one was unglued and had obviously been dropped or severely mishandled before we bought it. Horriable return service and rude employees

It was pressboard all except the doors. Also, BEWARE when returning or cancelling an order. I'm in dispute on a refund they said they did, but it has not been received in my account. They have a printout of the refund, and I have no refund to show in my account. They are extremely rude and not helpful in any way if you are not happy. That applies to the so-called corporate office too. Just because your system shows a refund, doesn't make it so.
