I read a lot of reviews on the 36" vanity and was very skeptical. We needed a new vanity as our bathroom is being remodeled and this was a good fit/price. We picked up at Lowes - box unopened. When we got home I took pictures of the box because of past reviews stating the vanity was broken when taken from an 'un-opened' box. We opened the box and the vanity is perfect, no scratches, no mismatched doors, no broken sink..perfect. LOVE this vanity as it will look perfect in our bathroom.

Sad and sorry
The smaller size vanity need is why we purchased this item. We looked at the reviews, prior, they were not stellar. When we arrived to pick up the order, Lowes attempted to hand us one in a previously opened and retaped box, we declined it. They brought out another, that box, too, had been resealed. Terrible quality control
As others reviews have noted, quality control for this vanity and top is severely lacking. Top has several small scuffs and scratches, and cabinet door is slightly off kilter with no instructions on hinges or how to adjust them. It came with no instructions whatsoever. If it wasn't already partially installed I would have returned this item.

Needs caulk, narrow faucets, easy to assemble
This is fairly simple to assemble, but requires silicone caulking to secure the sink. It also only has the 4 inch faucet hole option, nothing wider for different faucets. I had to drill new holes and cap the narrow ones.

Just okay
I probably wouldn't buy it again. Not damaged as some have reported. Just really low quality, I guess it will hold up if you are looking for a low cost solution that will maybe get you bye for the next 5 years or so. The other thing is that if you purchase a faucett with a push rod for the drain you might have a very tight fit like I did. The push rod is on the rear of the faucett, the rear back splash of the sink is really close to the faucett mount making it a very tight fit. You will need ...

Not impressed
There are scrapes and nicks all over the vanity and most of thearka are on the front doors. There about a 6 inch mark on the side. I will bring it back and look at the others and hope that one of them is better

Absolute Garbage
I ordered this product THREE times - Third times a charm, right? WRONG. 1st one - scratched all over the front inside of an undamaged box. 2nd one - doors were installed incorrectly/wrong size? and had a 3/4" gap between the doors with no room to fix the issue. 3rd and final order - scratches and things stuck to the paint. What's worse - when I went to Lowe's to find a replacement, they were SELLING the items I had returned on the floor for full price. Customer service offered me a whole 10% off...

The vanity looked nice on the top shelve. Had been marked down, bought it and had it installed, two days later there was a hair line crack, on the side of the sink. I will never buy any vanities from Lowes again,

Good value
For $200, this bathroom vanity is a great value. Easy to put together (three pieces) and looks really nice. I bought it for the added space around the sink and the backsplash is a nice touch. I changed the knobs and plan on adding a decorative appliqué on the front to fancy it up a bit. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
