Cracked and Crooked.

The sink came in 3 pieces with another piece about to break off. The drawers were crooked & there sides of the cabinet were pressed causing hairline cracks down it. Overall maybe it’s a decent cabinet but obviously cannot withstand delivery so how great of quality could it be. Return was easy but I had to load it up & bring it back to the store myself.

nonstandard

This is a very narrow (front to back) cabinet, so it might throw off any previous flooring you had. Then is has "wide* spacing for a kitchen faucet, not the narrow bathroom standard. Then the new faucet you are forced to by, will probably have a drain decigned for an overflow. This doesn't have an overflow. So that will probably cause leaking, and you'll have to search for an ala carte drain with no overflow. So after 4 trips to the store and an extra $200 more than planned, you might final...

Cheap quality

I’m not sure why this vanity had such good reviews. It is cheap and flimsy and when we unboxed it after picking up, one side of the vanity had chips and there was an imperfection on the countertop. See the attached photos to see the poor craftsmanship. Lowes was less than helpful with this return as well. We have to get a truck to return to the store even though this came with manufacturers defects. Never again will I purchase from them.

poor delivery and customer service

the product never delivered and was refunded without us knowing. I'm a contractor and was expecting the delivery at the time expected as to complete a job on time. now having to wait another week for the potential delivery. this holds back my project and puts a damper on my customer and other customers that I had scheduled for the future.

Average vanity

The first vanity I received had a chip in the sink and a scratch on the side. I reordered the vanity and the drawer on this one does not shut fully. I am hoping the installer can correct that issue. I chose this vanity because it lined up with my plumbing. It is a basic vanity.

No follow up after Measuring for cabinet installat

I purchased the cabinet a month ago and waited weeks for a call back for installation. No one called and I eventually had to hire an outside contractor to come and do the installation. I was told, after the measuring that someone would call me with a quote, but no one called.

Recommended - with a warning.

Pro: It's decent enough. Includes drawer pulls and the one piece top has the sink off set which allows a little counter space when you're dealing with a limited area. Con: I fully expected to replumb from the old vanity but there is no sink strainer attached or included. Drawers on the right side with the sink on the left is your only option so be aware of how your plumbing will be affected. With limited space that became an issue.

Crooked parts and toxic fumes

The doors and drawers don't line up properly, so everything appears lopsided. Poor quality control. Unfortunately, my contractors took it out of the box and installed it without inspecting it. Now I'm stuck with this eye sore unless I want to pay more to have it replaced. Far worse than the appearance is the toxic fumes. It's been a month and it's still off gassing fumes that hurt my eyes and throat. Most likely from the toxic glue in the engineered wood.

Incredibly Disappointing

I purchased this product understanding that it was a low-cost option. I expected it to be constructed of lower quality materials and less expensive hardware. What I didn't expect was for the assembly to be sub-standard. I don't know if it was put together at a factory or at the local Lowes store, but I have seen better efforts out of a high-school shop class. Doors and drawers were misaligned and crooked. Not sure if the assembler just had a bad day

Starting with the bad . First off , the assembly was horrible . Drawers were all lop sided . One door was lower than the other . They attached hardware with staples inside the cabinet which left holes and damage when removed . There was knicks in the counter top.
