Nice simple design!
I bought it to replace a facet that was about 18 years old. It was easy to replace except I didn’t use the e original drain. I used a hand pop-up drain. It has nice clean lines and operates smoothly.

Easy multi step transaction
We ordered a vanity which we didn’t want to pick up for a couple weeks, and wanted this faucet set. It couldn’t be held that long so we asked for that to be delivered. It came the next day. Lowe’s really shined by getting that to us so fast, then we moved out of state and so easily picked up the vanity at our destination and had everything installed a day later. It really worked out. Transparent process throughout and helpful staff when we picked up vanity. Well done.

I like it
Great little faucet. Nicer than the D brand one it replaced. Installation was very easy with the way the stopper assembly clicks, snaps, and twists together and adjusts. Handles operate nice and light and are balanced. (The D brand it replaced had one stiff handle no matter how the valve was adjusted). Something to note: the drain assembly was an inch or 2 shorter than my old one and just reached the trap.

Terrible Experience. Lowest bidder type of work.
Disappointed my sinks were installed, and damaged. We have a leak now and the plumber left us with a huge mess. They also stained my bathtub with debris they threw into the tub. The debris was also thrown on my child's bathtubs that were in a net near the tub. We were also told they did "extra work" and expected a tip, like really?! I've never experienced this before

Looks good, works well
Bought two of these a few weeks ago to replace two old leaky faucets in our two master bathroom sinks. They look good and work well. I don't know if parts are available, should they ever start leaking, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it I guess.

Misleading Images and Poor Product Support
The aerator scaled up after 18 months. Normal, no problem. Only a non-standard part, and Lowes does not sell (nor will they give you) a replacement. So the entire $100 faucet is trash over a $1 part. BTW-- this product has ugly Lowes branding permanently affixed to the front (they obviously know this is a problem because they photoshopped it out of their product images).
