This is a beautiful chandelier, easy to put up, can be used with dimmable lights and placed on a swag for optimal placement. I WOULD give this item a higher review; however, upon arrival there were missing parts. Difficult Installation

This is a beautiful chandelier and a good value for what you get. We are happy with it in our modern farmhouse dining room. Do pay attention to other reviews that note difficulty in the installation process. For us it was the realization that the quick link at the end of the chain shown in the picture is not included. I actually bought this twice. Love the look, but the first one had one lamp that was slightly crooked. We ordered a second one to replace it, and it came without the original box and the instructions looked like they had been sitting in a mud puddle. When we tried to put that one together none of the parts lined up. Sent it back and kept the crooked one. The links in the chain are also impossible to bend without ripping all of the finish off of them so had to buy my own chain links to replace. ...

Difficult to Modify Chain Length

While the fixture is beautiful for the price, the chain design is terrible. The links appear to be soldered together, and opening them is almost impossible in order to adjust the chain length. There are no adjustable chain links to simply shorten the chain onto the top or bottom hooks/loops. I tried pliers and this caused damage to the cheap finish of the chain links and the pliers weren't strong enough to open the links as shown in the directions. My wife wanted this light to replace a ceiling fan in a sitting area of our house. This light comes mostly assembled out of the box but does require installing a light bulb guard before the hurricane vase and like and hanging light fixture, be sure to have the wiring threaded through all components before attaching wires in the ceiling junction box. Cleaning

How do I remove the glass covers to clean them? SO frustrating that they don't come off.

Beautiful, but…

This light looks beautiful in our entryway, however, the glasses get dirty very easily and the light bulb holders are VERY flimsy. We had two break when you were screwing in the lightbulbs. Very cheap pieces of plastic.. so be very careful when screwing those in because if it isn’t threaded just perfectly the plastic will break. Very light and manageable to hang yourself though besides the flimsy candle holders.

I love this chandelier! It's beautiful and looks great! it was also a great price and well worth it! I marked it down because it didn't note that it did not come with the light bulbs- I was so excited to get it up but had to wait to go back to buy light bulbs! It looks beautiful all lit up - I am vey happy with my purchase!

Buy it from another retailer

We bought the product from Lowe’s and made the mistake of paying them to install. They use Angi, and we just keep getting “we’re sorry we rescheduled you” emails. So I have no idea if this light works. But I know Lowes takes zero responsibility.
