I bought this because Kilz was out, or being replaced by this. for $99.00, I thought it would be crud, however, I was pleasantly surprised at the coverage. came out super thick. I needed to cover walls with dark grey paint on them. I used 2 heavy coats, and I almost was tempted to leave it the way it was, however, there was no sheen, so I topcoated with semi-gloss, 1 coat. Came out awesome. for 5 gal. price of $100.00, definetly worth the money :)
It dries quickly.
I applied this sealer to wood filler that was sanded on a damaged door jamb. It went on well and dried within 30 min so I was able to apply acrylic paint there after. All went well. Very happy with finish.

Bit thinner than I expected
This product works okay- I was expecting something with a lot thicker coverage. It’s kind of thin and runny, not thick. Still covers the wall but it’s going to take two coats to cover over the previous wall color.

One extra step, but totally worth it
We were looking for a good primer, that wasn’t expensive, as we painted a rented space. This primer did the job. It covered a dark blue wall easily and made applying lighter tan paint a breeze. If you’re going lighter, I highly recommend this. It will save you so much time and money.

Best Primer!
I used Pro Black Quick Dry Primer for my garage project and I’m honestly really happy with how it turned out. Blistering like crazy!
Since Lowe’s got rid of Killz, I decided to give the blue can water based Probloc a try for a bathroom Reno. I am not a DIYer and do this for a living. Repaired all drywall (hot mud in some areas, regular mud in skim coats), sprayed texture, allowed 48hrs of dry time. Impossible to beat
