Barely used

I’ve used my smoker may 12 times the 5 time my display goes out after it on for a bit. So the 12 th time the burner quit. So I do enjoy the ease of use but the mechanics of the equipment doesn’t hold up and my smoker stays in the garage and some reason the burner plates are rusting.

Brand New and Grill FAILURE (doing burn off)

Minimum temperature of grill is 550 F with both knobs on low and gas valve at propane tank barely cracked. Temperature outside right now is 42 F and it is cloudy. Complete fail. How can I possibly grill normally when I can't reduce the temperatures any?
