Unfortunately, I found a floor I liked at Lowe’s…which means I have to continue to shop there…I spent close to 2 grand on flooring to have the crap shipped and thrown in the grass…then the customer support is even more useless…shelah or w/3 the fudge her name was saying essentially they can’t do anything…so if you value your hard earned money spend it where they care.. because it’s not here. Here’s a picture of new flooring facedown in wet grass NEXT to trash. What idiot does this?

Installation Services delayed a month
The product itself is great. It's beautiful. However, I used Lowes installation services and they do not provide updates on the order. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I had to go to the store multiple times to find out why the installation had not yet been scheduled. Turns out there was ONE small product that had get to be ordered and the associate told me "that's not even a product we can order". Harkness Oak looks fantastic
Highly recommend Pergo for easy install and great durability. The TMoulding kit is a bit expensive and would recommend just buying the T Moulding individually and not the kit.
Terrible quality
Impossible to install. Nearly half the planks come out of the box already damaged, the other half get damaged when attempting installation. The planks appear to be constructed of shredded cardboard and Elmer’s glue. I returned about 75% of it and threw away the rest. I installed a Pergo floor in my former house 15 years ago with absolutely no problems. Nice when finished but very difficult to install.
Installation very difficult. It comes apart too easily once tapped in when tapping farther away. Felt like install took 3 times longer than necessary. Otherwise it seems to be acceptable. Would not recommend to a DIYr and non pro. Would not purchase again. Previous brand purchased from Lowes was much easier to install.

Not the same look as Crest Ridge Hickory
We installed Crest Ridge Hickory in most of our house. We are now finishing our floors and installing Chester Ridge Hickory. We were told that it is the same exact floor, just a newer name. If you are installing in rooms that don’t join, you will be fine. This new flooring will not give you a cohesive look. Similar, but not the same. Lowe's Mistake
I had to bring all the flooring I bought back into the store because the checkout guy, Allen, overcharged me for two boxes I did not get. They processed it as a return, but I've not seen the $98 hit my bank account yet. Lowe's sales hit your bank account immediately, but not your returns.

Buyer beware. Does not lock together as described. I've laid multiple laminate floors and this one is ridiculous. Then i read the reviews on Pergo's website and was convinced to return it.
