Cracked sink after less than 3 weeks

We paid to have this installed in the guest bathroom in our new build. We moved in less than 3 weeks ago and have barely been in the guest bathroom. Now the sink has a crack going through it. What are my options for resolving this? I really wish we had purchased a bathroom vanity from our local cabinet shop because I know they would take care of this for us without an issue. good looking vanity, poor quality for frequent use

We've had this vanity just over six months, installed as part of our primary bathroom renovation. On the plus side, it's a good looking vanity with ample storage. On the other hand, the countertop might as well be made of cardboard; in six months time it has 4 noticeable chips along the edge (from nothing I can even think to note) and the top has absorbed several water spots that are impossible to remove. Good looking but low quality

It's a gorgeous sink and fits in well with our primary bathroom. However, we've only had it for 6 months now and the bowl has somehow cracked and is now leaking and unusable. We don't have children, so nobody is banging items into the sink. The countertop and bowl also stain very easily. Definitely think twice about buying this sink--this is so disappointing.

Beautiful, well-built, sturdy vanity

Buyer Beware; check b4 installing Lowe’s brand’s.

The vanity looks nice however I received a faulty product. The left drawer glide inside the cabinet had a manufacturer defect. It was stuck in a position that did not allow the drawer to extend properly. The vanity .plumbing was installed when I realized the issue. I called the Lowe’s store and was instructed to call the parts line since Orgin 21 is a Lowe’s exclusive brand. This vanity is absolutely gorgeous in person. I was nervous to buy it before seeing it in person and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The base is solid, the wood is beautiful, and the countertop is perfect!

Gorgeous, Prime Storage, High Quality, Great Value

I needed a 30" vanity for my master bathroom and scoured the internet looking for something that wouldn't compromise storage. This is the only vanity that I found that was high quality enough with good storage features. Others that I found in this size were easily 3x the price. Walnut wood color is beautiful. I love the drawer with compartments. Soft close doors. It's perfect.

wrong backsplash

This vanity is very nice, it's a good price and it looks beautiful. Works in my modern/minimal bathroom and my Victorian/vintage bathroom. The soft close doors and pull out organizer under the sink are really great. Nothing feels cheap about this vanity. Quick and easy way to redo a bathroom

This is the perfect all in one, one step way to redo your bathroom vanity. Pretty much everything you need is included, the only thing you need is to get some caulking or sealant to adhere the backsplash to the countertop and wall.
