Oatey Toilet Installation Kit

Oatey Set-Rite Toilet Flange Extension Kit is a watertight solution for raising the toilet flange during a remodel. This extension kit provides the ability to easily extend the flange surface above the finished floor for optimum sealing with a standard wax ring. The kit includes four different size spacers and six self-tapping screws to complete the installation. The Oatey Johni-Ring 3 in. Jumbo Toilet Wax Ring provides a permanent, sanitary, gas and watertight seal on most types of water closets. Constructed of high-quality golden wax, Johni-Rings will not dry out, harden or deteriorate. The Oatey self-standing toilet-to-flange Johni Quick Bolts, a unique bolting system for mounting toilets by eliminating wobbly bolts and the need for double nuts, are 1/4 in. diameter x 3-1/2 in. length. To hold the bolts in place, simply push down on the gold-colored plastic retaining washer and turn to tighten. The Oatey Level Fit Closet Flange sits flush on the floor, quickly and easily connecting a water closet outlet to a plumbing system. Its stainless steel ring has a patented bolt slot shelf to stabilize bolts during installation, eliminating fall through. For the easiest, mess-free installation, quick acting Oatey LiquiLock gel solidifies water in the toilet bowl in four to five minutes to prevent drips and leaks. The toilet bowl water will remain in a gel form during removal period and will dissolve when additional water is added.
