Great grill but the older models were better.
My first Napoleon grill lasted ten years. It was built like a tank. Gradually the igniters rusted off, and the firebox started spreading out so I replaced it with another of the same model. It looks great and provides plenty of heat and cooking space. My issues with the newer model are as follows: 1. There are no longer shelves for spices at the fronts of then side shelves. Happy Customer - Napoleon Prestige
I replaced a name brand 3 burner grill and my new Napoleon Prestige has exceeded my expectations. I do alot of indirect roasting. I used to turn the middle burner off and the temp would always climb so I was continuously adjusting the gas knobs. With my new Napoleon, it holds at a much more steady temp. If I turn the two outside burners on Hi it hits 350 initially and slowly climbs (maybe 10-20 degrees?) over a chicken roast. That is set and forget for me. On my old BBQ I couldn't get belo...

Love the grill but hybrid model
Grills been great but Lowe’s seems to have a hybrid model ? All the new Prestige 500 series in 2025 have newer heavy duty caster , sear zone is built differently and the rear sear zone is little longer for better coverage . There’s a couple other differences in the newer 2025 models but I’m not sure what’s up with Lowe’s version . Basically only thing that carried over is the 8.5mm grates instead of the 7.5mm size . Not as Expected
Before replacing our current grill, we did extensive research and decided on Napoleon. Unfortunately it has not preformed as expected. First time on, following instructions, the interior doors melted. A positive for Napoleon is their warranty so two new doors are ordered with only a shipping fee. (However, we are a little hesitant to use the grill.) Assembly not Intuitive
Great grill! Bought the natural gas version, extremely hot! One downside to this purchase - the instructions are NOT always easy to follow. The parts are NOT labeled and the instructions cover more than one model. Assembler needs to 'realize' what some things mean and/or that 'this step only applies to the propane version.' Once you get it assembled, if you got it right, you'll be happy.

Very nice but lacks some details
This is a very nice grill but it could have been even better with a little more attention to detail. For example, the door handles should have been made with the same material as the grill box handle, instead of cheap lightweight plastic. Also, a better way to store utensils could have been made for easier accessibility than the tiny hooks behind the doors. These might seem minor but provide a significant difference to the grill master.

Legacy Prestige® 500 RSIB
Nice grill, very happy with it. Cooks quickly and evenly, comes with many of the most useful attachments. Clean and attractive too. Small details need work, however. I replaced the plastic roller wheels with rubber so they would hold up on my patio. Door hinge spacers do not remain in place, one bleew away in the wind. Mostly pleased with my purchase
