this item has bleach in it, I have used it in the past and was no bleach, smell is too toxic and allergic to bleach smell and fumes and getting on my skin. Had to give one star in order to submit review. Should be minus 2

Mold Armour did a superb job, it just melted away my mold off of the vinyl siding. 5 Stars.

Didn't work

I bought two bottles of this to clean the mold off of my vinyl siding. The container states that it has enough power to reach the second story. Unfortunately the spray came out in a strong trickle and didn't do anything to remove the stains in spite of my following the directions. I would not recommend purchasing this.

not effective on painted wooden porch

tried it on my painted front steps, railings, and porch.. I will say that they were very dirty after winter, but I expected some improvement, at least... but unfortunately, this cleaner did absolutely nothing to clean them. & I couldn't smell any chlorine, seemed just like water. disappointed, waste of money.

Worked well for me.

Just what i was looking for. I never used this kind of stuff before. But needed something to cut out scrubbing the whole house before paint. It worked well to remove mildew and grime. And it smelled nice and fresh when done.followed up with the pressure washer in a few spots. But i liked how well it cleaned. And got it on sale too. The only con, was the sprayer is not consistant from bottle to bottle. Gave me some trouble. But still got it done.

SUPER RESULTS!

I have used Mold Armour House Wash for the last 6,years. Extremely easy to put to work at the end of my hose and 24 hours later..UNBELIEVABLE, my house looks like it was just painted!!!!

Power washing without the power washer.

My husband passed away nine years ago and he was a true handyman. Lowe’s was one of his favorite stores for everything we needed. Over the course of the last few years I have been buying this product to spray my back patio so that I don’t have to pay expensive Power Washing bills. I simply spray this on and rinse it off and patio looks wonderful. I’m in my 70s and even I can use this product comfortably and get amazing results.

Works well, but

This product cleans very well, almost too well. I applied it as directed, it cleaned all the algae and grime, but it tainted my vinyl siding. I sprayed it off after 10 minutes, but there is definitely some discoloration when you look from the side angle. I would maybe recommend spraying it off in less than 10 minutes
