This product features a design which, to my eye, seems classic. We upgraded our first home to a similar pattern, and have returned to it 40 years later in our new place. Its subdued elegance still appeals. I wanted to avoid some of the flashier new designs, which I expect will date themselves quickly, though they do have their appeal if you're willing to replace them in five years. The Caldwell look has been around so long for a reason.

A good, solid performer.
Mechanically, it's a good, solid performer. I like the swivel neck and the finish matched what we were replacing. We have this brand and model of faucet in our other bathroom sinks and it has given us long service. It's not hard to install. Just make sure you get the model that fits the hole configuration of your sink.

Verify what’s actually in the box!!!
Bought two of these for a his & her sink. Thought they were brand new because they still had the plastic banding on them (meaning that they were never opened). However once home a knee deep with the repair / swap out, both items were definitely opened at one time as parts were missing. Lowe’s does a poor job at verifying what’s actually in the packages being returned. Because it was late and I needed to get at least one sink operational, I had to use parts for both boxes to get one sink working....

poor design, but a cheap faucet
The faucet looks nice and was easy to install. Not the best quality, but adequate for the price point. The only issue is with the pop-up handle. The hole is on the flat part of the faucet body. If you splash water or have dripping water on your hands, and then shut the faucet off, water drips down the hole of the pop-up rod and leaks a little into the cabinet below. poor design. If it did not leak from splashed water I would give it a 4 star.

Excellent
I don't want to sound like a Moen commercial but I have been buying their products for a very long time and when I have had a 20 year old dripping kitchen faucett I call customer support and they promptly send me new cartridges for the hot and cold water. They stand by their motto, Buy it for looks buy it for life. The swivel downspout on this is really nice. I have it in the upstairs bathroom and it been there for 20 years with no issues.

I purchased this system many years ago and it has served well. However I have had an issue with the water and something in it causes yellow stains on hand towels and musty smell from water. This has been going on for over a year. About 6 months ago I had water tank replaced no change. Last week I purchased new facet hoping this will solve the situation.

Pull up drain valve rod
The unit itself is nice looking and it went in without any problems but that pop up drain valve does not install very easily. You have to bend the rod itself to get it to work or otherwise in my case it hits the sink backsplash. Anyway after many trial bends I got it to work. Most people won’t want to reconfigure the newly purchase merchandise to get it to work and actually me giving it 4 stars is be generous but it is nice looking and the fawcett itself is well built.
Nice looking but poorly designed
Nice looking; easy to install, but the design of the pull level for the sink plug is extraordinarily poor. It angles towards the wall instead of going straight up which renders it functionally useless. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

Pop-up or pull up drain valve you decide.
We like the looks of it and the fact that the faucet can be moved from side to side. Note: some of these have the pop-up drain valve while other have the pull up drain valve. It is a water saver so it doesn't give quite as much water as I would like but it is not bad. We chose the pull up drain valve. The pull rod is not straight like most other faucets are. They have a bend in them in order to get the rod to fit in the sink. This design is a downfall in my opinion as the top of the pull rod doe...

Attractive chrome centerset
It was exactly what I needed in an urgent situation. I had plumbers at my house to fix a leaking faucet caused by a faulty stem, but I decided to replace the whole set. The plumbers waited while I rushed to Lowe's to get a replacement. This was the only one in our store that fit my needs. I wanted a Chrome 4-inch centerset 2 handle one by Moen. The plumbers said this is a brand I can depend on for parts. I was surprised to find that the faucet itself can move left and right.
