Quit working

I’m only giving a one star because they have nothing lower. The washer quit working at one year and two weeks, I had the extra 90 day warranty per the front of the manual and the company had refused to honor the warranty in order to fix my machine!! Agitator lasted less than a year

I replaced my washer with this one less than a year ago (about 10 months). It has washed clothes fine, and has some nice features. However, there has been a part of the lid hinge that clicked when opening for awhile, then broke about a month ago. Opening and closing a lid should not cause a part to break like that, and I have seen others with the same complaint. The biggest issue occurred last week when the agitator just came off. First Impressions Are Positive.

This is the first time we have considered something other than a G-E Profile washer and dryer. It was delivered and installed just 2 days ago and these are our initial feelings. 1. It is a very quiet machine significantly beating out our old G-E machine. 2. Just gets worse with age!

Horrible! We installed and leveled, 2 months later it starts sounding like a horse is kicking the side of the washer when it spins. We level it again. 2 or so months later it starts throwing error codes during EVERY spin cycle! E4-load isn't level. Level the machine again. That same night it throws an E5 - machine isn't level! People 5’6” won’t be able to reach the bottom

I like the impeller feature. My husband and I are retired—we don’t really get our clothes dirty. We wash them mainly to refresh. The tub is much bigger than I expected. I’m 5’6” tall and I cannot reach the bottom of the tub. I have to use my big kitchen tongs to retrieve the clothes at the bottom of the tub, especially socks. Falling apart

They're built extremely cheap and won't last long. Purchased in 2023 and the lid peices are busting and cracking off!! Its a heavy glass lid made with very thin plastic peices that over time start cracking and eventually bust off, the whole lid is broken after 2 years!

Lowe's didn't do it right

It was great until the mixer value busted and flooded my basement 4 days after it was installed. Then the manufacturer wasted a week not doing anything to help fix the problem and finally told us to contact Lowes for a replacement. Called Lowes 800 number and they said they couldn't help, that I had to contact the store.
